Blue caitlyn is a CRIT based alternative to the Lithality CDR build where you maximice ultimate damage. It is possible due to the Nevari Quickblade changes in s13. Quickblades now acts like IE and Guinsoo as you can only buy one of them. Quickblades now gives increased ability damage based on crit chanse maxing at 20% bonus damage with 100% crit chanse.

With this build you are more like a spellslinger caitlyn then your standard autoattack caitlyn. Becasue of your low attackspeed you might want to stand alittle further back then usual. Your job is to poke with your abilities, manly Q, and utilize your passive with, traps (W) and E to one-shot people from far away.

Early game is pretty much like normal. When you get essence reaver you can start your Q spam without thinking about your mana at all.

You want a support with hard CC so that you can place a trap under them when they are CC-ed. This is more important on Blue Caitlyn then on a regular Cait.

Keep your distance and stay safe! you have the damage to one-shot any non-tank with your combo. Place traps and let the enamy coem to you.
