IN-GAME MEHONIKS
To actually have 1100 ap you need to have blue buff and elixir. If you get baron you will have even more. Mana 5000+ bcs items and ryze mana scale, can more (runes).
Combo: 1. Burst - q w q e q
2. Shield and speed/waveclear - get two stacks and q , ex - e e q
3. Quick escape - e w q
With this build you will be tanky, broken, ANNOYING and you will carry
As soon you hit lvl 6, you should gank with your jungler other lanes bcs your ult let you do it so nicely, you can lock them down , do your burst combo and you still have speed from keystone to chase.
Use your ult smart, to take objectives, steal dragons, escape and other things.
Good thing is that new Ryze let you be creative and do something fun.
