Hello my name is Pigouse, im a teemo main and im not a very skilled player so i submit my guide to show the world how i play my little teemo :D
Overall infos
So teemo is a very squishy character so all the high burst and grab champion are a counter to him, he's also countered by most of the junglers because of his poor escape and sustain. That's why Teemo's shrooms are very important since they can slow the junglers and let him the time to avoid a gank or just delay it.
Some tips and tricks
Always try ta do a little combo: Q+aa, for more poke over the enemy laner(s)
Always place your shrooms in enemy path or enemy jungle during the game and place your mushrooms nears key objectives during the late game (Drakes and Nash), put them in the river only in the scuttle is dead cause if he is not dead he will just hit the shroom and waste it. Don't place shrooms where minions will go it's a useless shroom.
