Runes
Runes setup is standard for any lane you would be playing Yasuo into. The rune setup gives Yasuo Attack Speed, AD when he goes in, and some survivability from the Resolve tree so that he doesn't blow up when he goes in.

Laning Phase
Yasuo is able to laning in the bottom lane because his kit gives him lots of ways to deal with Ranged matchups
Steel Tempest lets Yasuo farm from a distance
Wind Wall lets you block incoming damage / CC
Way of the Wanderer passively blocks damage for free
Teleport lets you come back to lane after taking to much damage and lets you not miss CS
When playing into a ranged matchup you should look to be constantly kiting them and going into an away from the wave according the to the enemies movement to maintain your health while also getting CS.
You should take trades or engage on the enemy when your jungler is ganking or about to gank, watch his movement and try to take trades to lower the enemies health before your jungle comes for a gank, then when he ganks you will have a higher chance of killing the enemy.
It should be an important goal to try and control the minion wave as Yasuo, you have
Steel Tempest once you build it up to cast the tornado you can hit the caster minions lowering their HP so that they are easier to kill, if you do this the minion wave won't push as quickly, letting you exploit the center of the lane more.
When the minion wave is in the center of the lane you don't have to worry about the enemy constantly pushing into your tower and damaging it, and it gives you the opportunity to potentially go for a trade on the enemy, if the minion wave is constantly being pushed into you than you can't trade into the enemy without tanking the minion wave.
Use your TP to get CS at all stages of the game

Farming
Just because the laning phase ends doesn't mean you should ARAM (be mid lane) for the entirety of the match, get in a side lane and farm, reset, farm some more, avoid ganks, farm some more, get CS.
Yasuo is very good at killing jungle camps as well, so look to do so.

Itemization
Yasuo's build path is pretty standard all matches it's
You should buy
Berserker's Greaves as your first item most games, it gives you a ton of utility in lane, and you don't miss out on damage.
This is Yasuo's core build it's simply the best items to get on him in that order,
Phantom Dancer gives him the Crit + Attack speed he needs early game, and the 1v1 passive also helps to negate a lot of the burst from targets he gets onto.
Infinity Edge when completed gives Yasuo a TON of damage, but it's very expensive, so you need to be in side lanes farming to get it at reasonable time in the match, or else it's value is lowered.
Blade of the Ruined King is a great 3rd item simply because it's cheap and gives you life steal + AD + Attack speed, and helps Yasuo deal with tanks.
Items after these 3 additional items aren't that impactful
Bloodthirster is expensive but it's provides a lot of damage and healing, other items listed above are fine.
You should buy
