Having early boots allow you to play with your jungler and your midlaner and not just with your ADC. With no mobility, you will get stuck to your lane and you won't be able to bring vision...

In my case, it's more my junglers who always want to invade or play drakes when we have no pressure, etc. so indeed I prefer having my boots earlier!

If you're playing support, damage/burst is not your priority as Seraphine since your shields/heals and your CCs are so powerful that you want to priorize them.
