Why Conqueror?
Lissandra has the tools to stick to enemies fairly easily, and can easily weave autos in with her spells due to their short ranges.
Conqeuror also gives her comparatively better teamfighting potential as it gives her access to "Presence of mind" so she can keep throwing spells without having to back off after a few rotations.
