Why manamune is int?
although manamune gives a lot of AD, it's a bad slot. Much better to collect chakram, because it gives more cdr and a great recovery effect on your R, which is very necessary for Kain for an easy victory. Moreover, the chakram gives 18 lethality, which essentially does not increase the extra-hell with the manamune and increases the damage from all buttons. Dont build manamune with Blue form.

You can swith Absolute focus to Transcendence if you wanna more CDR, but focus is more OP, cuz u wanna W from walls and focus deal extra damage

Why Dark Harvest?
I guess Dark Harvest give you more scale than First strike. Previously, First Strike was taken for fast form, but now its time has passed. Where better to go for Electrocute or Dark Harvest, they do more damage and therefore you get more gold from kills or assists. First Strike, although many people collect it, I consider it useless.
