Early Game

Start with Gromp, have a leash for Gromp then move on to Wolves. Ignore Blue for first clear, but after wolves go Raptors, Red, Krug. Then repeat, adding Blue after Gromp. Keep farming your jungle until you hit level six, then if someone needs it gank. Diana's ult gives her serious pursuit capabilities (which is why to me boots seem useless).

Mid Game

Be careful of counter jungle, but once lvl 6 is hit Solo Dragon is possible. Most teams wouldn't consider it (at least in normal games) so its an easy pick. Gank as needed since it becomes super easy with her ult. Combo is, Q,R,E,W,R. Rinse and repeat. Pale Cascade (W) is your best bet at staying alive in tough situations.
