Update
Hi! This is my first guide so don't judge me too hard (even tho im sure this will get 0 views). I've been playing ADR since season 6 and used to play assassins in mid so i have a pretty good view on how to play bottom. I chose draven for this guide because right now he is one of the strongest (even considered god tier) bottom lane champs in our present patch. it's just that some people ten to play him wrong. draven is hard to learn but fairly easy to master cause he is mostly a point and click champion. having said that, he has a certin degree of difficult especailly when you are just starting to learn him. Don't take my word for this guide cause i am Gold 3 and just recently pracited draven. i simply want to share the best builds and tricks i found using draven. I hope this guide will help!
These are the runes i usually go with.
Primary
Precision:
Conqueror - This rune goes great with Draven.simply because Draven's q scales well with AD meaning that once you proc'd conqueror you will do more true damage to the enemy.
Triumph - This is the usual to the precision tree. it gives back health which can help you continue fighting and the extra 25 gold is good especilly since you already have dravens passive.
Bloodline - Lifesteal is always good for draven because his q gives you exrta damage. More damage = More health from lifesteal
Coup de grace - Draven in himself can do lot of burst damage in quick succession, coup de grce can help you nuke low health enemy and kill them with one shot.
Secondary
Sorcery
Celerity - This rune goes well with your W. more movement bonus speed = more damage
Gathering Storm - This can help you scale well in the late game. even tho early on it gives small amounts of ad, the longer the game goes the bigger ad you get. this goes well to most adr's because you need to empower your basic attacks and even just small amounts of ad can make a big difference in game.

for the items, i would like to focus on the core items. i already left notes up there in the items area so i would recommend for you guys to check it out.
First item I want to talk about is Stormrazor. You should prioritize this item and always and i mean always build it first. it is good for snowballing and can help you gain na imidiate advantage especilly with your q up.
Second you should build is Bloodthirster. you get alot of sustain with this item because of your ad scaling with your q. This is a good second item and should be rushed after buying stormrazor. The common mistake i see most draven players do (imo is a mistake) is rushing bloodthirster first. This is not a bad decision but it doesnt have much of an effect comapred to havinf stormrazor first. all you really get is strong sustain. your opponent can easily outscale you with their first item which can render the strong sustain useless.
The last item i want to talk about is phantom dancer. although i did not put this item in the core items (because you can build other items depending on the situation) i would highly recommend for you to build this. It can help with your sustain and also help you make sure u can get your axe during teamfights. The crit and attack speed also goes well with Infinity edge giving you extra damage.

Draven plays very meta. Early game you should play passively and focus on farming. You should prioritize on getting your first item as fast as you can. In the late game however, you should be able to play really aggressive because you can easily nuke down enemies. The more cs you can get the earlier you can build and the easier for you to win lane and snowball other lanes afterwards.
In my own experience i haven't had any difficulties playing against any other champions. Most notable opponent i've played against so far is kai'sa but she isn't much of a threat if you build Draven right. The only problem i have in bottom lane are the supports. alot of support champions can counter draven. Usually cc supports like leona and thresh can help stop draven from doing any damage. Also, kill supports like blitzcrank and malphite can easily burst down draven and execute him. utility supports and poke aren't much of a problem since draven can dish out damage fast and he has a fairly high amount of sustain. When playing with a support it is best having supports that give huge amount of cc. this helps draven dish out constant damage without any problems. My personal favorite support to have when playing as drven is nami. This is because her q and ult goes well with your e and her e can help you chase your opponents. As protection against assassins all you rally have to do is kite and your sustain wil do your job for you.
