Champion Build Guide
Runes
Usually, the rune set that I think is the best is in the matchup section, but sometimes its best to just use your own judgement like when someone picks a champ not in the matchup guide. This is a good list to check for.
-
For a champ that does quick trades, its a good idea to take Bone Plating
For a champ that likes to take extended trades, take Conqueror and look to kite them out using R evo + short bursts with aa - Q - aa.
Pre-6 Laning
Levels 1-5 are pretty weak imo, since you have pretty much 0 damage.
You start with Cpots or tear, and if you take corrupting pots, be sure to back and buy a tear, as mana is still an issue if you like to spam abilities. At 700g, I'd recommend buying a sheen, as it adds to your trade combo very nicely. Build some sort of damage as soon as possible, so your trades actually matter. At this point of the game you're trying to get grasp stacks and as many minions as possible. Don't try to kill the enemy laner unless they're super low.

Level 6
This is where it gets fun.
Your options for evo's at this point are
Q - for enhanced trades, as the extra range and half cd while iso significantly helps you to get in, and out. The other benefit is that you can catch them easier with a final q if they get a bit farther away than normal.
R - You would use R evo for extended fights, allowing you to proc your passive + sheen + grasp faster, and in turn, gives you more kill pressure.
Either one works well, as level 6 is a huge powerspike for Kha, consider finishing manamune and building a serrated dirk.

After Laning Phase
So this will usually end up 1 of 2 ways
1: You got enough grasp stacks and gold to become a terrifying tanky assassin/bruiser/tanky abomination, and you just steamroll to the end with good picks and teamfights
2: You dont do anything laning phase and slowly die inside knowing that you don't have enough gold to do much and not enough tankiness.
FEAR NOT, for the second scenario is still playable. As long as you teamfight, this build is still good. Look to use your grasp + sheen + passive against targets and use R to get to safety. Rinse and repeat, as eventually you've caused enough of a problem for people to die to you. At that point, you should safely be in scenario 1 :)
