Hello Summoners, this is my sona build I decided to make a guide to share how I run sona and share my experience with others looking to use sona. This is my first build so feel free to ask questions, comment or give tips.

I'll be updating this when I get a better grasp of the new preseason. ^^

Pros

fast burst

Unexpected damage early game
Intimidating damage

Cons

Could tilt your ADC into orbit, if they have a big ego and want all the kills
Glass Shotgun
not very hard to counter in champ select
Tank meta is getting out of hand.

For summoners spells exhaust is also an option but I find people just flash away when this is used on them, with ignite I tend to get more of the runaways.

While it does offer great options for sona the fact that Electrocute is in dom tree beats all of it.

Summon Aery does so alot for less time waiting HOWEVER, it goes without saying that Electrocute is does extremely more damage and scales better than Aery with its only faults being slightly longer and does not support allies.

Comet does alot as well but its not as reliable.

Sorcery however is a good replacement for inspiration tree for its gathering storm and other great passive, My build is for more early game stomping and demoralizing of the enemy bot lane and their allies.(A.K.A. make them salty and tilt them into orbit.)

This is all of course my opinion and I encourage you to move stuff around to fit your fancy.

In draft look for someone who wants their pick early, as its not hard to counter a sona, especially if you are around first pick.

Although your goal is to get kills please try not to KS your teammates, especially the ADC they tend to be the short tempered bunch.

The damage Sona does should be obvious, so if your ADC is complaining when you know you did most of the work, just mute him, engaging with people like that will only hurt the team.(rage quits, inting, etc)
