Lulu is often viewed as a strong pick for support and a mediocre pick to send mid lane. Lulu is infrequently played top lane as a source of DPS and utility or bot lane as an ADC for the same reasons. Despite the community's perception of non-support Lulu as a trollpick, Lulu outshines many picks in sheer Utility anywhere she goes.

Unfortunately, her mediocre AP ratios weaken her role as an AP mid. A pure AD build is quite strong, but her strong utility suffers due to mana issues and no chance for AP scaling. In this guide I will share my reasoning and insight into jungling on-hit Lulu.
