Introduction
Before we get started with this guide, here are some LoL terms that I might use(experienced players, skip ahead):
ADC: AD Carry(Marksman)
APC: AP Carry(Mage)
AOE: Area of Effect- Damage that hits multiple targets at the same time
AA: Auto attack(Basic attacks)
BT:
Bloodthirster
CC: Stuns,roots,knock-ups,knock-backs,fears,silences,and slows.
BotRK:
Blade of the Ruined King
ADC: AD Carry(Marksman)
APC: AP Carry(Mage)
AOE: Area of Effect- Damage that hits multiple targets at the same time

BT:

BotRK:

Passive:
Rising Spell Force: Hitting a target with any of Ezreal's abilities increases his own attack speed by 10%. This effect lasts for 5 seconds and stacks up to 5 times.
One of the main reasons why you need little to no attack speed items. The other reason being Ezreal relies on his Q as his main damage output. As an adc, this self-steroid helps you win skirmishes against the other team's adc.
Q:
Mystic Shot: Ezreal fires a bolt of energy in a line that will deal physical damage and apply on-hit effects to the first enemy it hits. If it strikes an enemy unit, all of Ezreal's cooldowns will be reduced by 1 second.
This spell IS Ezreal. With a range of 1100, it is also the spell that makes Ezreal the Poke King. It does 100% of your basic attack damage plus some extra bonus damage WHILE applying on hit effects(
Sheen,
Phage,
Black Cleaver, etc.). On top of that, everytime you hit something with
Mystic Shot, all your other spells' cooldowns are reduced by 1.
Note: -Mystic Shot does not apply crit
-Mystic Shot reduces ALL cooldowns; which includes Mystic Shot itself(no not summoner spells).
W:
Essence Flux: Ezreal fires a wave of energy in a line. Any enemy champions it passes through are dealt magic damage, while any allied champions it travels through have their attack speed increased for 5 seconds.
Do not use this spell as a damage source unless you are going AP Ezreal. Use this on your team-mates when you are grabbing dragon or baron. You can also use this skill in teamfights to stack up your passive faster.
E:
Arcane Shift: Ezreal instantly teleports to a nearby target location and fires a homing arrow at the nearest enemy unit, dealing magic damage to it.
This is your sole escape mechanism other than
Flash. It is broken in the way that, at lv.18 with this build, the cooldown is only 9 seconds. Remember, everytime you land a
Mystic Shot, your cooldowns are reduced by 1.
Arcane Shift makes you one of the safest ADCs out there.
R:
Trueshot Barrage: Ezreal charges for 1 second to fire a powerful broad energy missile that travels in a line across the whole map, dealing magic damage to each enemy unit it passes through. It will deal 10% less damage for each subsequent target hit, down to a minimum of 30% damage dealt.
Spam your
Trueshot Barrage as much as you can because of your
Mystic Shot's cooldown reduction. Use this to farm creeps, snipe low health champions, initiate, and push. Great for getting full stacks on your passive during teamfights.

~The Essentials~
Some of you may ask: Why, Alkogigi? Why would you choose Iceborn Gauntlets over Trinity Force on this kind of build?
Iceborn Gauntlet
Believe it or not, this item gives you an insane amount of harrass. The AOE slow truly messes with your enemies (unless of course that enemy is Master Yi). Along with the on hit slow; Iceborn Gauntlets gives you a decent amount of damage, cooldown reduction, armor, and mana. If you like a more aggressive playstyle, you COULD grab a Trinity Force. But this would get rid of your slow and you would lose ALOT of mana. Speaking of mana, this item works well with Murumana.
Muramana
This item gives you a ton of mana and damage. Mana is essential on Ezreal, as you need to constantly poke the enemy team with your Q. Ezreal relies on his Q to outplay other ADC's. Nothing is more useless than a manaless Ezreal (Other than Teemo shrooms under an enemy turret).
Bloodthirster
With full stacks on a BT, you gain ALOT of lifesteal and damage. Now imagine double that amount. You are getting 200 damage and 36% life steal on full stacks. Not only does this give you a load of sustain; your Q will give you health back every time you land it.
Last Whisper
35% armor penetration. Nuff said.
Trinity Force
This is actually not a bad choice at all. If you play a more aggressive playstyle; by all means, go for this item instead of Iceborn Gauntlets. Although you are missing out on cooldown reduction, armor, and an AOE slow; you get 200% bonus damage on your Q instead of only 125% bonus damage. You also get a movement speed buff every time you land a Q or AA. The attack speed and crit chance from zeal is also quite helpful.

Pros
+Built in flash
+Long range
+Passive gives attack speed (Good against fights with ADCs)
+Global AOE ult (Good for team fights and farming)
+Q is an on hit ability
+Very strong early game

Cons
-Skill shot based (hard to master)
-W does no damage when going AD
-Has a low base movement speed
Ezreal works well with aggressive supports (supports that have tons of cc).
Sona
The harass is OP. Once you get your Tear of Goddess you can lane all day long because of her heal. Her ult can set up the perfect kill for you and your jungler.
Leona
Leona's kit packs a ton of cc. Not only does she have loads of cc; everytime she uses an ability on an enemy, the target is marked with her passive. Whenever Ezreal damages that target, the passive triggers and does bonus damage.
Why Not Soraka?
It's true. Soraka and Ezreal=infinite mana. BUT. When bot lane is in a teamfight, Soraka can only silence, heal, and give mana. And silencing an adc isn't really helpful. She can't do much else.
NOTE: Will be adding more to this section.

When To Use It
-At the beginning of a teamfight: Gain stacks on

-Clearing large minion waves: MONEY $$$
-Sniping low-health champions: Preferably when they are recalling.
When NOT To Use It
-To steal baron/dragon: It is hard to predict whether the enemy ADC will crit or if the enemy APC was saving a spell to last-hit baron/dragon. If you fire your
