SUMMARY
This build is Faker's complete guide. I put together every single stats, matches he has played on Taliyah and this is his overall build. It seems to work for him and me as well in my recent games. Hope this will help!!! :)
TIPS AND TRICKS
When roaming to help other lanes, hug the walls to increase your movement speed. Additionally, hug the walls when walking to lane to get there quicker.
Use your Weaver's Wall Weaver's Wall (R) to roam around the map and assist your allies. Place your Wall Weaver's Wall (R) behind the enemy to limit their escape potential.
Keep a constant eye on the worked ground in lane and in team fights. Kite and move around to increase your damage output with Threaded Volley (Q)

My Experience on Taliyah
I find that she is good during lane phase only if she can survive the enemy's spells AND can push harder than them. After six, she is only good if she can wall off people from escaping her roam, or sealing them into Baron pit while your team is there to follow up (not likely most games).
