Zed is very mobile assassin champion where you can do tons of jukes while simultaneously bursting down your target. However, all assassins are quite squishy, so you need to learn how to juke in order to defeat those pesky mages that could one shot you (especially when you don't have ult). Not only is Zed great at juking and burst, he can also poke very hard with his shurikens and shadows. If at first you do not succeed with this champion, keep trying. He is hard to learn, but once you get the hang of it you will explode the guts of many.

Escape: W W E (no wrestling puns intended)

Burst: R W E W Q Basic R (Do not use this combo early game unless they are below 75% HP)(Ignite may also be added to combo if needed)

Above, I have shown you your ult combo to instant kill any enemy, but it is quite complex so I will explain here. To engage, you use you R (obviously), immediately after you put down a shadow near your opponent and press E to slow them, giving you an easy opportunity to land your shurikens. (At any point in your combo, you may press W again to juke your opponent or dodge skillshots) Once your shurikens have landed, you land one quick basic attack to apply your passive and press R if you are sure they will die from your Death Mark (or ignite if you are not certain). That's about it, and if you have pulled this off correctly your enemy will be dead.
