I use Fiddle mainly as a mid Laner because he can last in lane a long time with his drain, fear and dark wind. Fiddle is also great at ganking so his roaming ability makes him very dangerous. I like to stack cd reduction on him so his Q,W,E,R are as low as possible so I can spam them as much as possible. With 40% cd reduction Fiddle can use his drain again before it's done channeling. At rank 5 dark wind and terrify have a 7.56 cd with 40% cd reduction. His ultimate is down to ruffly 95 seconds. This creates a huge advantage in team fights. Spirit Visage is amazing on Fiddle because it increases the amount of health received from drain. Morello's also helps cause a debuff so enemy champions can't heal as much so Soraka's heals become a lot weaker. Rylali's makes them not be able to break drain as quickly so you can maximize your dps. Fiddle ends up being really strong late game and if not focused when he is done ulting and using zhonya's then he becomes a huge headache disrupting the enemy team.
