Reap to harrass the enemy. i stay close to my turret and spam my E into the enemy >:D also try to farm more than your enemy. I try to zone out my enemy with E by spamming it. You can easily start zoning at lvl 1. ASK UR JUNGLER TO GIVE YOU BLUE BUFF TO SPAM YOUR E/Q/WThen I start to max out my Q
Terrify. WHY?!!! YOU MIGHT ASK. I use to either to try to secure a kill when my jungler ganks or to get away safely when they go in for a gank i just fear the jungler and run/flash to my turret.BUT i get E lvl1 usually max out Q then Max out W and max out E last and for R

I START BOOTS 3HEALTH POTS. WHEN I COME BACK I BUY DORANS OR IF I HAV 1600 BUY THE LARGE ROD IF NOT BUY DORANS AND HEALTH POTS AND WARDS. TRY TO ALWAYS HAV 3POTS. THE ITEMS U GET SHOULD DEPEND ON WHO UR FACING . YOU USUALLY WANT TO RUSH THE DEATHCAP BUT IF UR GETTING BEAT IN TEAM FIGHTS U MIGHT WANT THE HOURGLASS. IT ALL COMES DOWN TO WHO UR FACING.
i start with Doran's Ring
i go back to the shop when i can buy Needlessly Large Rod so about 1600 gold
if i have more (2000gold) i buy boots
then i build my Zhonya's Hourglass so i can ult in and use it cuz most likly they will try to focus you wen u ult in
then i finish my Sorcerer's Shoes
then i start to build Rabadon's Deathcap
then i either go for more ap or defence Rylai's Crystal Scepter or Abyssal Mask and for defence Banshee's Veil
ENEMY TOO MUCH MR!!! you buy items that lower there MR like abyssal scepter and Void Staff
but in the end the items you get first depends on what your situation is...
for example is ur fiddle and facing a brand you want to get boots first to dodge his skills/ if you winning ur lane and arnt team fighting you would want to finish your death cap instead of getting the hourglass.... it all comes down to their team comp and situation
Team Work
You basically stay behind your team or hidden in bush and when they start fighting you ult in Hourglass fear drain and throw your crows lol :D
if use see an enemy champ try to fear them so your team can focus him and kill him (You will be in ASSIST CITY oh and dnt forget RACK CITY!!)

IVE ONLY PLAYED 1 GAME WITH FIDDLE AND WENT 3-1-10 JUST BE PATIENT REMEMBER TO HARRASS THE ENEMY DNT OVEREXTENT UNLESS U HAV WARDS AND CS AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE AND IF YOUR NOT GOOD JUST TRY TO KEEP YOUR TURRET "ALIVE" AND LET YOUR TEAM HANDLE THE KILLS JUST TRY TO HELP OUT BY FEARING THE ENEMY AND HARRASSING :D
