I see absolutely no mention on Hextech Protobelt, being it a top notch item on Fiddlesticks. I usually buy it after finishing the Runic Echo. It gives a little gapcloser and much more damage to Fiddle's kit, and IMHO is the item that makes Fiddlesticks really op right now

Stormraiders Surge isn't all that great to Fiddlesticks in my opinion, as I stated in the Pros and Cons section, fiddlesticks is a 'all or nothing' champion, you usually dont get a second chance.

Imagine a evenly matched 5v5 team fight situation, and you are their initiate, how high of a chance do you think you can make it out alive after you ult in?

Stormraiders surge allows you to get movement speed and slow decrease after dealing 30% of champions hp within a certain time limit, yes you can do the damage, however, you usually don't come out alive. So, literally fiddlestick's job is to bring down anyone with him in every team fight, or bring them low as possible so that the team can finish it off. I'd rather go for the deathfire grasp to deal that extra damages.
