Aatrox shouldn't be much of a problem as he doesnt do enough damage early - mid and in late game you can just out heal him.
Ahri
Not many people play Ahri from my experience but she shouldn't be hard to kill once she doesn't have her ult. She can burst your duo however, so as long as you heal you duo you can win against her.
Akali
Akali is very similar to Ahri, not played too much and easy to kill once she doesnt have her ult. Keep you duo alive and you can win.
Akshan
Akshan has good mobility if your opponent has played him more than once before. He has decent range and can kite you with his E. try to bait his E and hit him with a Q into immidiate W for the knockup, then just try to auto him twice more into a Q stun and if your duo has fingers he should be dead.
Alistar
Alistar is very good in Arena overall.
He and the zone are very good friends so try to position yourself away from the zone as best as you can and try to hit every Q to heal when you eventually get thrown outside the zone. Other than that there is not too much counter-play and you will have to rely on your duo to kill him.
Amumu
Amumu is very strong Thanks to his insane amount of cc, there are many Augments that help him sustain using that cc.
If you can peel your duo well and dodge his Q you should be ok.
Anivia
Anivia isn't particularly too strong damage-wise, but her ult slow can be very annoying and her wall can lock you in the zone quite easily. Her egg is also good to outlive you in the zone (of course you can just Q it and heal a ton).
Annie
Annie will probably one shot your duo so try to peel him as well as you can, if you build some magic resist she shouldn't kill you too fast so you'll have time to heal your duo back up, if he survives Tibbers.
Aphelios
Aphelios is very squishy and immobile so it should be easy to land your Q on him, but he is a late game monster. Kill him as fast as you can and you should win.
Ashe
Ashe is very squishy and immobile so its easy to land your Q. She doesn't scale very well and the map is too small for her arrow to stun you for too long. Her passive slow can be a nuisance though.
Aurelion Sol
Aurelion Sol is a late game monster that can peel himself quite well, luckily many people don't build omnivamp on him so try to poke him with your Q and you will out-sustain him and eventually kill him. However the augment "Ice Cold" (Makes slowing effects reduce an extra 100 movement speed) is insanely strong on his E causing it to pretty much root you for the duration of his E.
Azir
Azir is not very good in Arena as he doesn't have the space he needs like in Summoner's Rift, and of course, no turrets to ult you into. As long as you don't play against a god-tier Azir you should be fine.
Bard
Bard is very much a for fun champion that not many play. Think of him as a moving target for a free heal with your Q.
Bel'Veth
Bel'Veth is very strong thanks to many Attack Speed augments and items. Without her ult form she is very killable, but once she gets it (meaning either you or your duo died as her form resets between rounds) it's pretty much game over. (Note: Frozen Heart is very good against her)
Blitzcrank
Blitzcranck is ok versus certain comps, but just doesn't have the damage output against you. Their cc chain is decent but on a somewhat long cooldown early - mid. Just remember that their ult breaks shields, so try to use your E after they ult.
Brand
Brand is insanely strong in Arena, he deals high amounts of damage and does a ton of max health damage as well. Not much counter-play against him except stacking magic resist.
Braum
Braum is just not very good at Arena, his E may block your Q damage but it doesn't negate your heal. He does have decent peel but other than that he is just a big sexy wall (I mean.. just wall...).
Caitlyn
Caitlyn is very high range and can kite you easily if she knows what she is doing. Luckily, her only mobility is her E and that's not too much, hit her with a Q into an immidiate W for guaranteed damage.
Camille
Camille's damage comes pretty much only from her empowered Q, it can do a lot of damage but you can just Q her when she goes in on you to heal it back.
Cassiopeia
Cassiopeia is very strong with a lot of consistant damage from her E and much stronger when you are poisoned. Best counter-play is stacking magic resist.
Cho'Gath
Cho'Gath is really just free healing thanks to his size, you just can't miss your Q on him. Only problem is his ult, but if you kite him well enough he just won't be able to use it.
Corki
Corki is decently strong but easy to deal with if you hit your Q, get some magic resist and you'll be more than fine.
Darius
Darius is very strong early and will 99% win against you in any of the early game rounds, but once you get two/three items and with good movement you just heal too much for him, and because he is melee he has to come to you, so you just get free Q's.
Diana
Not many Diana players from my experience, but she just doesn't have the damage to kill you past early game.
Dr. Mundo
Mundo is tough because of his very high health, AD and healing. Do not try to out-sustain him in the zone unless you're 100% sure you will win, as you rely on your Q's to heal and he just presses R.
Draven
Draven can be very weak on a player that doesn't know how to play him, and very strong on a player that does. try to kill him as fast as possible because if he builds right and get good augments he can heal to full from one AA. (Note: Try to Q where his axes will fall so he will either have to give up the axe or get hit, so it's a win/win situation)
Ekko
Ekko is very strong against you as he does a lot of damage and has max health damage from his W passive. Good thing about him is that he is a melee champion so it's easier to land your Q. Peel your duo as he can get one-shot by Ekko.
Elise
Elise can somewhat counter you with her spiderlings as they can block your Q from hitting her denying you the heal and the damage from it. She has some damage scaling with current health (on her human form Q) and missing health (on her spider form Q), but it's nothing to worry about.
Evelynn
Not many Evelynns in my games, but it shouldn't be to hard to face her, she may reduce your magic resist but she is very squishy and as the map get smaller she can't use her passive to sustain. Peel your duo and you will be fine.
Ezreal
Ezrael is very strong as he has good mobilty with his E from about mid game, and he has very high range with his Q. He will get very strong against you with BORK thanks to its max health damage.
Fiddlesticks
Fiddlesticks isn't very strong in Arena as its hard for him to surprise you, he has a bit of current health damage (on his Q) but not enough to kill you.
Fiora
Fiora is very strong against champions that stack health.
She can use your W against you using her W and melt you easily with her passive. Try to stay away from her and poke her with Q from a distance.
Fizz
Fizz is very mobile with his Q and E and can quite easily dodge your Q. When playing against him just try to peel your duo as well as you can.
Galio
Galio has a bit of cc but that's really all he's got, focus his duo and you easily win.
Gangplank
Gangplank just doesn't have the damage against your healing even with all his true damage and armour reduction. He can easily be out-sustained in a long fight, but can burst your duo.
Garen
Garen has two options when it comes to his build, either go tankish/bruiserish or go full crit. His tank build is not a threat at all, but his full crit build does a ton of damage even agains tanks. if he goes full crit, be sure to have a Knight's Vow and a Randuin's as your 3rd and 4th, or 4th and 5th items.
Gnar
Gnar has a bit of max health damage which might seem as an issue but it's just enough to threathen you.
Gragas
Gragas can do some damage with a few items, but unlike Summoner's Rift he can't really go in and out to make use of his passive. He could however, BOMBA one-shot your duo if he is somewhat squishy.
Graves
Graves has a lot of damage in his kit and has high outplay potential, try to poke him down and don't visibly engage into him when he is full health (if you can W him from outside his vision it can be good, but again, not when he has full health).
Gwen
Gwen has a long of healing and damage and can dodge your Q with her W. Bait out her ult if possible as she can heal a lot from it and play with your max range Q.
Hecarim
Hecarim isn't the greatest in Arena but can do some damage with good augments and good mechanics. Try to ult your duo when hecarim ults onto him so save him from the initial burst.
Heimerdinger
Heimer is just pure pain. It's hard to Q him because of his turrets, you can't engage onto him because of his turrets, and it's especially hard to be happy because of his turrets. Very hard to counter-play, just try to stack magic resist and pray for a miracle.
Illaoi
Even though Illaoi is one of the best 1v2 champions, her power is not as prominent as in Summoner's Rift. She is immobile so you can hit easy Q's on her, and when she ults you can ult her to make her sad.
Irelia
Irelia isn't too strong in Arena as she doesn't have any minions to stack her passive on, however she has strong engage with her E and R, dodge even only one of those and you will be ok.
Ivern
Ivern is very hard to play against as he can just hide behind Daisy. Daisy is very strong in Arena and she can 1v1 and even 1v2, and because she isn't a champion you can't heal from your Q's hitting her.
Janna
Janna alone is very weak, she is only powerful when she has a duo with her, even then, she is immobile so you can get easy Q's.
Jarvan IV
J4 doesn't have the damage to burst you down and not high enough consistant damage to kill you before you heal back up.
Jax
Jax has very high consistant damage and is very hard to kite away because of his very low cooldown Q and E. This is where the W max can come in handy.
Jayce
Jayce's biggest threat is how fast he can take plants, besides that, he can do a bit of damage but he is very squishy and immobile.
Jhin
The only reason Jhin isn't in the Tiny Threat category is his speed. Jhin may have high damage from his AA but his dps is not high enough to kill you late-game.
Jinx
Jinx's range and damage output are very high, she can kite you very well and can execute you with her ult. If you manage to hit her with a Q follow up with an immidiate W for the guaranteed knockup and damage.
K'Sante
K'Sante can be very weak or very strong depending on the player's skill and mechanics. His ult is very strong as it makes his passive do max health true damage.
Kai'Sa
Kai'Sa is very strong in Arena overall, she has high mobility and high damage. Try to peel your duo as best as you can and body block her W's.
Kalista
Kalista is not too good unless she gets good augments. Regardless, she shouldn't have the damage to kill you as long as you hit your Q's.
Karma
Surprisingly, Karma is a very worthy opponent when it comes down to the amount of healing you get. If she plays it right she can out-sustain you in the zone with her crazy healing from her empowered W.
Karthus
Karthus can be strong only if he hits over 90% of his Q's.
You can heal up about 4 or 5 of his Q's with only one Q.
Kassadin
Kassadin isn't a big threat to you as much as he is a threat to your duo. His early game is very bad, but if he survives until late game he will eventually out damage your healing.
Katarina
Katarina luckily can't get many resets so she can't insta kill you, but if she goes on-hit she can do some damage.
Either way, even if you play it half right, you will win.
Kayle
Kayle is incredibly strong late game and will melt you in a second. Best counter-play is resistances and chain cc.
Kayn
Kayn is very strong in Arena in general. Kayn players usually go Red Kayn so they do a lot of max health damage, which you have a lot. there is not too much counter-play against him except trying to tank it.
Kennen
I honestly haven't seen a single Kennen in my games. I can assume that he won't be too strong but I don't think he is too weak either. If you do find him, try to bait his ult or try to tank it for your duo, and only then engage on him.
Kha'Zix
Kha'Zix shouldn't be too strong as you and your duo can just stay close to eachother and disable his passive.
Kindred
Kindred can easily kite you using her Q, try to stay as close to her when fighting to make use of her ult when she uses it. She doesn't have any skillshots so you can just run at her when she is low without wasting time trying to dodge anything.
Be aware of your HP bar as well as she can do a lot of damage to you with her Wolf.
Kled
Kled isn't too strong but he can sustain for a while with Skaarl and some lifesteal.
Kog'Maw
On-hit Kog'Maw is very strong especially with a support on his side.
He does a lot of max health damage from very far away.
Not a lot of counter-play, just try to slow/stun him and get on top of him as he isvery squishy.
LeBlanc
LeBlanc is very strong, but just not against you. Her damage is mainly burst and you can just tank it (it should do about half your health, which you can just heal back). Do try to peel your duo as he might get one-shot.
Lee Sin
Lee Sin is very strong with high dps, he will out-damage your healing.
Try not to position yourself right between Lee Sin and your duo because you could get ulted onto your duo and kill him.
Leona
Leona can be very strong even in a 1v2 if she has good augments.
She may lack damage as she is a tank but she has incredible cc chains.
Leona takes plants very fast so try to deny them from her.
Lillia
Lillia is very fast once she gets four Q stacks so its hard to land your Q, also she does a lot of max health damage with her passive and items.
Try to stall until the zone gets smaller for an easier time landing your Q's.
Lissandra
The annoying things about Lissandra is the amount of cc she has, and the fact that she can be in Stasis for literally 8 seconds straight using her ult (2.5 sec), Stopwatch (2.5 sec), and Zhonya's Epiphany (Stopwatch augment) (3 sec).
She can do a lot of damage as well so be sure to get some magic resist.
Lucian
Lucian can be very strong but only with the right augments, otherwise he is not too great.
Lulu
Lulu is very weak but very annoying, with the right augments she can almost perma Polymorph you, but she always loses in a 1v1.
She is more of an inconvenience than anything else.
Lux
The thing about Lux is her Q and your Q have a very similar range so if you get rooted and she ults you, you just have a guaranteed Q hit on her reducing the overall damage you take from her combo.
She is also immobile so its easy to land your Q regardless.
Malphite
Malphite is somewhat like garen, has two "modes", one tank and one one damage. When he goes tank he isn't too scary, but when he goes full AP, he is incredibly strong.
Try to dodge his ult regardless of his "mode", if you can't dodge it, at least protect your duo by ulting him before Malphite lands.
Malzahar
Malzahar is actually not as annoying as you would think he is (at least not to you), the only annoying thing for you is his voidlings blocking your Q.
When he eventually ults your duo you can also ult your duo and protect him with ease.
Maokai
Maokai is more annoying than painful, he may have a lot of cc and some healing, but he doesnt have too much damage (depending on his build). He can be easily out-sustained.
Master Yi
Master Yi does a lot of damage and will probably just ignore you and go straight to your duo, you can your duo so much thanks to Knight's Vow, redemption and certain augments (especially Spirit Link, which is basically Knight's Vow but better).
Hard cc on him will also go a long way.
Milio
Millio, like all enchanter supports, can't do anything alone.
His power comes from being a duo, kill his duo and you have a free win.
Miss Fortune
Miss Fortune is very strong but immobile and squishy, go for a Q into immidiate W for easy damage.
She will kite you if you chase her.
Mordekaiser
Most Mordekaiser players will also go full healing builds, so you are pretty equal, except your shields can be bigger and you can heal more often.
Morgana
Morgana cc may be long enough to cause an AFK warning, but it doesn't do enough damage to kill you.
Tencaity will go a long way against her.
Naafiri
Naafiri has the same principle as Malzahar and Elise because of her wolves.
She is very new so I am not sure how tough she is as I've seen people that are very good on her and dominate the lobby and people that are just plain bad with her.
Once I get more info I will update this.
Nami
Nami is just another enchanter support, doesn't do much without a carry by her side.
Nasus
Nasus may scale ok thanks to the free stacks he gets each round, fortunately he never really out-scales you.
Nautilus
Nautilus has a lot of cc but it's not enough by its own.
You can buffer your Q everytime he Q's for a guaranteed hit.
Neeko
The only bad thing about Neeko for you is her cc.
You can Q her clone for a free heal and she doesnt do too much damage.
Nidalee
If you dodge Nidalee's spear she does no damage, overall she is pretty weak from my experience.
Nilah
Nilah is quite rare to but she gets strong at around mid game, she momentarily out-scales you then and then you get a few more items and augments and out-scale her back.
Nocturne
Nocturne is rare to see mainly because he is just not that good.
He is very easy to hit with your Q and doesn't have enough damage to kill you. Do be careful for when he ults, as he will probably ult your duo so just try to mitigate as much of his damage as you can.
Nunu & Willump
Nunu is not the greatest overall as he doesn't have the space he needs to charge his snowball, beware his ult and you should automatically win.
Some Nunu players also go full healing builds and perma heal with Q but you can just out heal him.
Olaf
In a straight up 1v1 Olaf will kill you somewhat easily (ever faster if he has ult) but Olaf players have crazy tunnel vision and will completely ignore you when trying to chase your duo, so you can heal your duo for free while Olaf just dies.
Orianna
Orianna can be very annoying with her slows and her ult, but as long as you hit her with a Q every now and then, she can't do much and as fast as she may be she will eventually die.
Ornn
Ornn can get very tanky but he is quite immobile so you can hit a bunch of Q's for free.
Pantheon
If Pantheon builds tank melting items he can kill you very fast, try to Q him as often as possible to regain health as he is immobile, and even if he blocks the damage with his E you still get the heal.
Poppy
Poppy can and will knock you into the zone whenever she can, so try to end the round as fast as you can, or at least make her use her ult before the zone closes, because the zone damage scales with health and will hurt a lot.
Pyke
Pyke's damage is not nearly enough to kill you alone but he can Q you into the zone and has very good mobility to dodge your Q's.
Remember that shields don't block pyke's ult from killing if you are under the execute threshold.
Qiyana
I haven't seen nearly any Qiyanas but she shouldn't be too strong against you as she is an assassin and you're an infinitely healing tank. Peel your duo and you will win.
Quinn
Quinn is best against squishy champions so she shouldn't really do much against you. She could build tank melting items, but she isnt too strong overall.
Rakan
Rakan is also just an enchanter support, but he is very mobile and has some more cc.
I'd say that he is slightly stronger in a 1v1 than the average enchanter support but still nothing to worry about.
Rammus
Rammus' powerspike and first item may be an antiheal item, it doesn't affect you one bit as you don't AA.
However, if your duo is an auto attacker make sure to ult him as soon as he gets taunted by Rammus (important not to do it before rammus taunts as he will just have it up again after you spit out your duo).
Rek'Sai
Rek'Sai is quite rare to see in Arena but even if you see her, she shouldn't be a problem except for early - early mid game.
Rell
Rell has a lot of cc andher Q can destroy shields, she is much stronger with a duo so focus her duo to win.
Renata Glasc
Renata is just another support that is practically useless alone, her only win-con is if your duo is an auto attacker and you are somewhat low, making it possible for her to ult your duo and kill you.
Renekton
Renekton is very strong and can take plants very fast allowing him to cast his ult multiple times in one round.
His W can destroy shields so make sure to use your E after you get stunned by him.
Rengar
Rengar is stronger than you early - mid game because of his decently high dps.
Once you reach late game he is an absolute one-shot machine, luckily your'e not the one he can one-shot, when you see his ult, stay very close to your duo and the moment you see Rengar jumping from his ult, you need to ult your duo to help him survive the burst.
Riven
Riven is very augment dependent, if she has good augments she can 1v9 otherwise she isn't too strong.
Make sure you keep your duo healthy so he doesn't get executed by her ult recast.
Rumble
Rumble has a lot of magic resist reduction causing him to do a lot of damage.
You should win if you play well, but it's a tough call.
Ryze
Ryze isn't a very difficult match, he can do damage but not enough, he does have a lot of cc though, so be careful when you use your W.
Samira
Samira is absolutely broken in Arena and even stronger with certain augments.
Try to time your Redemption to just before she starts her ult to make sure you don't die from it.
Knight's Vow on your duo will go a long way.
Sejuani
Sejuani is just a tank without healing, if you end up in a 1v1 against her and you don't really do any damage, just wait for the zone and one Q on her will be enough to out-sustain her.
Senna
Senna has very good range and damage and if she gets Scoped Weapons (+100 AA range) she can be a beast. If you manage to get Goliath (+35% health +15% adaptive force and extra size) you could match her range with your high range Q's.
She is after all a squishy ADC, so just hit her a few times and she should die.
Seraphine
Seraphine can be either just an enchanter support or go full AP.
Either way, she is nothing to be afraid of.
Sett
Mathematically correct Sett (stacking health and AD) can very scary if he knows how land his W.
If Sett goes on-hit, he can be also very strong and even harder to counter at times.
Either case, play safe using your Q's and peel your duo.
Shaco
AD Shaco isn't too sttrong against you as a tank, and Ap Shaco got nerfed.
Even when considering that, Shaco is still very strong and annoying with burns and cc all over.
Shen
Shen is a tank without any healing, stall to the end of the round to increase your chances of winning.
Shyvana
Shyvana isone of the fastest plant takers in the game thanks to her Q, on top of that, she can do a lot of damage, and with the right augments, she can be very strong.
If possible, stall out her ult and deny her as many plants as possible.
Singed
Singed alone is not too good from what I've seen, he can do some damage if he is being chased but his damage output is too slow to kill you at any stage in the game (except maybe early with a good augment).
Sion
Always try to leave Sion for the second kill if possible as his passive is very strong even when he goes tank.
As long as he is alive, he shouldn't be much of a problem even if he goes crithality.
Sivir
Sivir is another squishy ADC without a very high damage output despite her decent dps.
I haven't played versus many Sivirs so I don't know if you still get healed from your Q if she blocks it with her spellshield (either way, its a 3-4 second cooldown ability versus a 12-15 second cooldown ability).
Skarner
Skarner can't really do anything without his passive crystals, take them and easily kill him as his damage is very low.
Sona
Just like the rest of the enchanter supports, Sone is no different, she doesn't have the damage to kill you and she is very squishy.
Soraka
Another enchanter support with even less damage and alomst no self healing without a duo (she heals herself with her W because of Moonstone).
Swain
Swain has a ton of healing and decent damage, bait out his ult and you should win.
Sylas
Sylas' damage is very high and his W has a very short cooldown allowing him to heal a lot. Try to poke him from a distance, if you feel you can go in with a guaranteed W knockup, go for it.
Syndra
Syndra is very strong thanks to her very fast scaling, allowing her to max out her passive within about 5 rounds. Make sure to E her ult as it will execute you when you get below 15% health.
Tahm Kench
Many Tahm Kench players don't know about his full healing build and will either go tank or full AP.
Both builds are inferior to this build and they will automatically lose once you get two items.
If you see the enemy Tahm Kench building a full heal build, make sure you ult your duo before the round starts for a permenant shield thanks to a (probably) bug with Moonstone.
Taliyah
Taliyah doesn't have the damage to kill you past early game.
She thinks she is some sort of earth bender but Toph is clearly better.
Talon
Just like other assassins, Talon lacks the consistant damage after his burst to kill you.
However, his cooldowns are very low so becareful.
Taric
Taric's cc is possibly one of the most infuriating things in Arena, besides that though, he doesn't have any damage.
His ult may block damage, but is doesn't block the healing from your Q.
Teemo
Teemo has high damage and he will probably build antiheal.
Luckily, his shrooms don't block your Q and he is very squishy.
He will most likely Blind you when you go for plants, hit himwith your Q when he attacks the plant to make up for the healing you lost from the plant.
Thresh
Thresh is just a tank without any healing and mobility.
Make sure you use your W after he uses his Q and/or E.
Tristana
Lethality Tristana is very strong even against tanks, don't let her blow up her bomb on you and you should be ok.
Trundle
Trundle's high attack speed and tank melting properties are very dangerous, make sure you stay asfar away from him as you can and let your duo take care of him while you keep him alive.
Tryndamere
Tryndamere can be decently strong, but he is a melee champion so you just get free Q hits on him.
You can ult him when he ults to deny him as much death immunity time.
Twisted Fate
Twisted Fate can go both AP and AD/on-hit.
Both versions are not too strong and definitely killable, just don't chase and get kited.
Twitch
Twitch is very strong and even stronger with a good support on his side.
If his duo has Spirit Link (Knight's Vow on steroids) make sure you kill him first, if not, land a Q and follow up with an immidiate W for the chain cc.
Udyr
Udyr is very strong thanks to his low cooldowns, high movement speed and max health damage.
Stay away from him and poke with Q.
Urgot
Urgot doesn't have the damage to kill you especially if you buy Frozen Heart (it's a must versus him).
If Urgot engages on your duo, stand close to him and try to take his W's aggro.
Varus
Whether Varus goes AD or AP he is very strong against you.
Make sure you dodge his ult (flash if you need, it's too dangerous).
Don't forget, he is still very squishy and killable if you get on him with your duo.
Vayne
Vayne is one of your biggest counters, she has very good mobility, stealth, speed and so much damage.
She is everything you don't want from an opponant, and if she builds resistances she will be nearly unstopable.
Cc will be your best friend against her.
Veigar
Veigar is very strong, he is immobile so hit every Q and sustain.
Make sure you ult your duo when Veigar ults them.
Vel'Koz
While Vel'Koz has a lot of damage, he stands still during his ult, use that oppotunity to Q and W him (make sure you ult your duo out of his ult before, if possible).
Vex
Vex is another immobile somewhat squishy Mage.
You can Q her in her ult for a guaranteed hit.
Peel your duo and you will win.
Vi
Vi is very strong thanks to her knockups and armour reduction.
You can buffer your Q during her ult and you can ult your duo out of her ult.
Play safe and let her engage onto you and not vise-versa.
Viego
Viego can do some burst damage with his combo but it should be enough to kill youespecially if you manage to Q him while he is attacking you.
Make sure you E his ult as it does damage based on missing health and can kill you without you noticing.
Viktor
Viktor is more of a threat to your duo than he is to you.
Ult your duo from Viktor's ult and you should be ok.
Viktor also scales fast but you should scale just as fast maybe a little bit slower.
Vladimir
Vladimir is one of a few champions that can compete with your healing.
Not much counter-play against him, he heals so much antiheal seems like it doesn't really work (still buy it of course, it negates ridiculous amounts of healing).
Volibear
Volibear can be quite strong with someone that know what they are doing, he has healing, shielding and damage, unfortunately for him, it's not enough to 100 to 0 you.
Warwick
Warwick's healing is very strong and antiheal is very good against him.
Just like other melee champions, he has to come to you, allowing you to get free Q's on him.
Try to ult your duo from Warwick's ult to keep him as healthy as possible.
Wukong
Wukong is not very good against you past early game, you can get free healing from his clone and he lacks damage overall.
Only downside is his plant taking speed thanks to his AA reset.
Xayah
Xayah can use her ult to dodge your Q and W, and she can kite you very effectively using her W speed up and E stun.
However, if you do manage to get on top of her she should be dead.
Xerath
Xerath's damage is somewhat decent, but his immobility and squishiness turn him into a one shot target.
He has to stand still during his ult, so it's a great time to Q and W him.
Xin Zhao
Xin Zhao isn't very strong past early game.
He will go after you duo so peel him as best as you can and you will win.
Yasuo
After Yasuo ults he gets a lot of armour reduction causing him to do a lot of damage.
Besides that, he doesn't have much else for him (he could get some lucky augments but, it shouldn't be enough).
Yone
Just like Yasuo, Yone doesn't have much to do against you.
He is a melee champion so you get free Q's and he even does slightly less damage than Yasuo because of Yasuo's ult.
Yorick
Yorick is decently strong my hisown and even stronger with his Maiden.
He can block your Q with both his Maiden and his Mist Walkers, and at the same time, they do a lot of damage to you.
Try to kill his Maiden before engaging on him.
Yuumi
Yuumi is another enchanter support posing no danger to while alone and even with a duo, she is not too strong.
Zac
Zac has great healing and damage, he can easily outlive you in the zone thanks to his passive, however, if you manage to Q his passive blobs you can heal up and survive for longer.
Zed
Zed is just another assassin without enough damage to one shot you, because of that he will ignore you and go for your duo.
Try to Q behind your duo after Zed ults him for a guaranteed hit, then ult your duo to mitigate as much damage from Zed's ult as possible.
Zeri
Zeri isn't very strong in Arena in general.
Peel your duo for an easy win.
Ziggs
There are no turrets for Ziggs to push for an easy advantage, his damage should not be a problem past early game.
Zilean
Zilean alone doesn't do much besides slow you or speed himself up, but, he can survive very long in the zone if there are plants available (he ults himself, hits a plant three times to get his ult back, then dies to activate his ult. he can do that for as long as there are plants near him).
Zoe
Zoe's bubble is probably the most dangerous thing she has, either dodge it or tank it, it shouldn't matter, she can't kill you.
Zyra
Zyra's plants are very strong at any point in the game. They will block your Q negating your heal, they do a lot of damage, and zyra's cooldowns are very low.
Try to bait her into using an ability next to her dormant plants then leave the area until the plants die.
Annie
Annie is very strong and can highly benefit from the big heals and shields that you provide.
The only reason she isn't in the ideal category is because of her lack of mobility.
Aphelios
Aphelios is very strong late game meaning he will scale with you.
Once you reach late game you both become unstopable despite his lack of mobility, even though people build Galeforce mobilise him.
Ashe
Ashe's range and slow allow her to kite very well, the heals and shields you provide give her the option to do so more comfortably, the only downside to this duo is the lack of mobility on her part.
Aurelion Sol
Aurelion Sol is another hyper scaler with insane damage and good mobility.
Your heals and shields help him stay alive longer and output much more damage.
Bel'Veth
Bel'Veth is another mobile scaler with very good damage.
She can sustain very well by her own but as she is the carry, she will get focused more often than not, your heals and shields allow her to survive and dominate with ease.
Brand
Brand's damage output is crazy at any stage of the game, he could help you get through the early game a bit more comfortably, later in the game his lack of mobility becomes a problem, luckily, that is when you are online and ready to peel him and let him carry.
Caitlyn
Caitlyn's incredible range allows her to play from very far back while you body block anything that comes towards her.
Cassiopeia
Cassiopeia is incredibly strong, and with certain augments she can 1v9 with ease.
Peel her for easy wins.
Darius
Darius' very strong early game can help you get through without losing as many lives as with other scalers.
He often gets kited so he will highly benefit from your slows, knockups and healing.
Draven
If you duo with a good Draven player, both of you can dominate lobbies without breaking a sweat.
Draven's insane damage output mid - late game can end rounds within seconds, and with guaranteed healing and peel he doesn't have to be afraid to engage.
Ekko
Ekko is very strong thanks to his ult, W and high mobility.
If he manages to go in, do damage then quickly go out only to reengage with his ult, he could oblitirate other duos in a heartbeat.
Ezreal
Ezrael's range and mobility allows him to poke and run away with ease, your presence lets him stay longer in the fight and output much more damage.
Fizz
Fizz is very strong and slippery, he can easily go in, deal a lot of damage and get out without taking much damage.
Save him if he gets caught for easy wins.
Garen
Tank Garen is not a very good duo for you, however, crit Garen is very strong and because he goes in without an actual way out, your sustain is very important for him.
Gragas
Gragas' damage output is insanely high mid - late game, unfortunately his passive got nerfed causing his sustain to be slightly worse, help him sustain and he should be able to carry.
Graves
Graves can do a lot of damage mid - late game but his healing isn't the greatest.
Keep him alive and peel him out of bad fights to win.
Gwen
Gwen's combination of damage and healing is very strong, unfortunately, without her ult she has only a measly dash to disengage from a bad fight.
Peel her out of losing fights and use your W to reengage when needed.
Heimerdinger
Heimerdinger is very strong all throught the game, if you play correctly with him, you can go deathless many of your games.
He is just that broken.
Illaoi
Illaoi's E can give you a non moving target for free healing with your Q.
out-sustain your enemies while also causing them mental damage.
Irelia
Irelia is very strong with 4 passive stacks, help her get them and you should win.
Jax
Jax is a very strong Arena player.
Lets just say, healing and shielding will not hurt his ability to 1v9.
Jhin
While Jhin can't really 1v2 due to his low dps, he can be a demon with a support with the sole intention of healing, shielding, and peeling him.
Jinx
Jinx's high dps and range help her kite very effectively.
One of her bigger problems is her lack of mobility, as there are no turrets to destroy and activate her passive.
Heal and shield her to easily win games.
Kai'Sa
Kai'Sa alone has basically everything she needs, speed, stealth, damage and shields, all except healing.
All you need to do is hit your Q a few times and she should do the rest.
Kalista
If your Kalista gets The "Earthwake" (Dashing, leaping, blinking and teleporting leaves a trail that explodes after a second.) augment, she will automatically become an S tier champion.
Even if she doesn't get said augment, she is very strong with good peel.
Kassadin
Kassadin is another late game monster, keep him alive and he'll 1v9.
Kayle
You have a great synergy with Kayle thanks to her ult.
She also does insane damage and is a monster late game.
only downside is, both of you are weak early game.
Kayn
Kayn is really strong in Arena over all, tell your Kayn to build an assassin build while going Red Kayn for absolute one shots on both squishy champions and tanks.
Because of his assassin build, his sustain is weaker, making you his personal healer.
Kindred
Kindred's mobility is very good allowing her to kite with ease, but she is still very squishy, be sure to stand in her ult when she ults to give her a very big heal with Moonstone.
Kog'Maw
Kog'Maw with a healing support may be one of the strongest combos in the game.
Nothing else to add to this, the gameplay will speak for itself.
LeBlanc
LeBlanc's style of going in and out very quickly is perfect for you as a healer.
Everytime she goes in and takes damage, just heal her back up.
Lee Sin
Lee Sin can go in with his Q and deal a lot of damage, then get out with his W.
Sustain him between fights and you should win.
Lillia
Lillia's ult allows you to hit a guaranteed W into a Q.
She very strong in general with the right augments.
Lucian
As Lucian needs good augments to be a good duo, I am not putting him the the Ideal category.
He is still very strong and has carry potential.
Lux
Lux's cc allows you to get free Q's and stay healthy all game.
Her damage gets high very fast and she will one shot your enemies.
Malphite
While tank Malphite isn't the greatest duo, full AP Malphite is a great champion to have on your team.
Use his ult to chain cc your enemies with your W.
Master Yi
Master Yi's insane damage output will win you every game, but, if he gets stunned he will get one-tapped, try to ult him as fast as you see him gets stunned.
Miss Fortune
Miss Fortune's damage and speed are very good, and when she gets constantly healed she will be unstopable.
Nilah
Nilah is already a healing monster, pair that up with your healing and shielding and you both will be unstopable.
Olaf
Olaf's fighting style of running in with ult and ignoring everything that is in their way is perfect for you as you can just focus on sustaining him and nothing else.
Pantheon
Pantheon's point and click cc and insane damage is perfect for you, as long as you engage at the same time you will be unstopable.
Rek'Sai
Even though Rek'Sai isn't the greatest, her fighting style is very synergetic with your playing style, let her do her thing while you keep her alive.
Renekton
Renekton's point and click cc is very helpful for you to land your Q's.
His fighting style of going in and sustaining in a long fight can be empowered with your healing and shielding.
Rengar
Rengar is very good at one shotting squishy champions, however, when he can't one shot someone he gets blown up, your healing allows him to survive and be able to deal more damage.
Riven
Riven's damage and cc can be utilised furthur with your great sustain.
If your Riven gets decent augments, she will become unstopable with your support.
Samira
Samira can go in with her ult and kill everyone in two seconds, but with the "nerf" she got disallowing Duskblade passive during channels, she has a bit more trouble surviving.
Make her an unkillable killing machine.
Senna
Senna's range, damage and infinite scaling provide for a very promising late game, unfortunately, her lack of mobility can lead to her downfall.
Sett
Sett already has high health and damage, allowing him to use multipul fully charged W's in one game/fight will be detrimental to the enemy team.
Swain
Swain's ult gets more powerful the longer the round goes on, allow him to get to that point for a guaranteed win.
Syndra
Syndra's incredibly fast scaling if very beneficial to your early game, perhaps not the first or second games but from about the third game and beyond, she will be strong enough to kill almost anyone.
Twitch
Twitch's incredibly high range and damage both in the early and late game will help you win games with ease.
Varus
Both AD and AP Varus can be very good with you, but his lack of mobility can be bad.
If you can successfully peel him, he will do a ton of damage allowing you to win many games.
Vayne
Vayne's speed and mobility let her 1v2 with some skill, remove the need for skill with good peel and healing.
Veigar
veigar's strong late game paired with your healing will win you every late game match.
Don't blow Flash in the earlier rounds and peel him well for free LP.
Vi
Vi's fighting style synergises well with your supporting style.
Time your Q's with her Q/R easy hits.
Viego
Viego can either one tap or get one tapped when he builds full damage, tilt those odds in your favour!
If you see that viego if below 30-40% health in his possession animation, drop a Redemption on him for a quick full healthbar.
Zyra
Zyra is a great scaler with a good early game.
She is very squishy and immobile so healing her will go a long way.

Tips and Tricks
I will discuss a few tips and tricks that will hopefully give you an extra little advantage in your games.
[*] Tahm Kench's Q can be buffered through cc allowing him to be able to deal damage/heal while being cc'd (for example, you can buffer Q during Warwick's ult to guarantee a hit. Same thing for Vi's ult and many more).
Using this concept, you can guarantee a Q hit on an enemy champion you swallowed by using Q just before the 3 second ult timer ends (make sure you don't recast your ult otherwise you won't be able to cast your Q).
[*] While it is written in his Q (Tongue Lash) tooltip, many people either forget, ignore, or just don't know that Kench's tongue's length can be increased with champion size.
This means, if you take the Goliath augment, you can launch your tongue about three times as far as you usually can.
[*] Even though it is also written in his Q (Tongue Lash) tooltip, not many people know that when an enemy champion has three passive (An Acquired Taste) stacks you can press R (Devour) while your Q is in mid air to swallow said enemy champion from afar.
This can be even more useful in a scenario where you have Goliath and enemy team very strong as a duo but weaker alone, allowing you to separate them without risking death.
[*] I am not sure if Riot meant for this to happen or if it's a bug but, when you ult your teammate before the round starts, there is a wierd interaction with Moonstone allowing you to recieve a permanent shield equaling about the same as your actual ult shield. Abuse this for about an extra 1,000 health before each round starts.
