My name is Wiziix and I'm an Lissandra main. I hit gold 5, 2 seasons ago on her and decided to quit playing league competitively. It seems she is kind of in a weird spot with the new rune system and item updates so I thought id throw my 2 cents in.

Core Items

Boots - There boots. No need for cdr boots with this build.

Hextech Protobelt - Wonderful item with dmg and a decent gap closer built in. Decent stats with cdr and health.

Zhonyas - Great item to outplay or set up and bait in certain situations. Will give you 10 more cdr (making 20) with decent AP stats and soem armor.

Ludens - Good AP stats, puts your cdr up to 40% and a ton of mana.

Morelos - Alittle more expensive then Void. 15 magic pen and good AP stats with health. You can sub it out for void if you feel you aren't getting past their MR.

Rabadons Deathcap - Its Rabadons Deathcap. Great item.

This build is not cheap and seems like a late game build but its pretty easy to wave clear and get to late game. Just be smart.

Pros
-Tons of CC
-Has a gap closer/get-away
-Good burst dmg



Cons
-Gets poked out of lane pretty easy if you arent good at dodging abilities
-Have to be careful with you escape because of cooldown

After a couple items and you have 40 CDR, E,Qing a wave pretty much deletes it and you dont put yourself in much danger. If you get turret dove, you have your ult and zhonyas to save your bum unless it their whole team. lol
