Considering Viktor being very overpowered right now and the fact that he just fucks everything rn, I'd say that he's pretty good against Sylas. Don't go in when he has his W up, take fleet and only go in when he uses his spells like a moron, late game he outscales you HARD. Boring matchup.

Xerath

This is one of the skill-matchups where Sylas has a bit of a disadvantage, considering his small range and easy to punish laning phase Xerath is more likely to come out victorious, but Sylas can go easily in and just obliterate Xerath. Skill-matchup

Yasuo

Even

Another skill-matchup I think, but Sylas is more likely to come out victorious than with Xerath. Yasuo will be trying to stay on your ass 24/7 with his Lethal Tempo, which isn't good for either of you. You can try and dash through his windwall and then knock-up him and ult him with his own Last Breath if you guys are already 6. Untill then, Sylas is still better I think.

Lux is definetly a skill-matchup. Depends heavily on your knowledge of cooldowns and limits. If you dodge her Q, she gets punished. If you don't, you get punished, save first cast E for the occasion. Skill based.

I'd say that you kill him so easily early that his late doesn't really matter unless your team consists of Renekton, Lee Sin, Draven and Pyke. Or if they have a Yuumi. Then it's an extreme threat.

She can be really bad for you, since she just Q spams you into oblivion and runs away like a bitch whenever you get a chance to even look at her. There are worse matchups though...

Vex

This. This is Annie but worse. Ban it.

It's easy, really. You just bait out his E with your first E, then when he jumps down you stun him and punish him. If he's smart he'll play safe, so just farm or poke him with Q max. Look out for his burst though, should prob still max W.

She pokes, but doesn't hurt that much. You outscale, and can use her ult for great mobility.

Early you win easily, he has little to no poke, and his real power starts when he gets a second item, which you should've dominated him since then.

Not a pleasant matchup. You can't really go in unless she's really low, which is hard considering she has perma shields and more damage than an Aphelios with 6 items.

Ekko's an easy one, considering he has to stay on you to do anything, you have enough time to stack your entire Conq and do two entire fucking combos on his ass.

Galio

You ain't killin' him, but you gotta be careful for him not to kill you. He has crazy poke if he goes any ap, and takes literally no ap dmg considering he's well, built for that. You can take his ult to roam though.

Heimerdinger

Just ignore him. You outscale.

I'd say that it's a skill-matchup but heavily favored for Irelia, since she does much more dmg and heals much more than Sylas in basically all situations and stages of the game, unless Sylas gets fed somewhere and then fights her.

Skill-matchup, slightly favored for Sylas. You can cancel her ult if you bait it, you win 1-3 easily, just look out for her grievous wounds.
