Runes

Take some Attack Speed Runes, they´ll make you fast to attack in the early game... Some Magic Resist, Scaling Armor for the Mid and Late Game and some Attack DMG to finish the runes.

Masteries

Take Feast for your early game in the JG and then take all of your 18 points left in Resolve, take those masteries if you want, this are the best I use.
