In-Lane Combo

Leave an orb on top of the minion wave
When the enemy laner goes for a last hit stun him with Scatter the Weak
Follow with a combo of Force of Will, Dark Sphere and an auto attack

After you finished the combo you either disengage immediately or go for an all-in (if you understand Syndras limits you know which option is better).

Harassing Combo

Start with a combo of Dark Sphere, immediately followed by Scatter the Weak
If the stun lands, follow-up with Force of Will
Finish the combo with an auto attack

You should take little to no damage if you disengage immediately.

All-in Combo

Both of the combos can have added at the end of them for an execution combo. Keep in mind that does more damage the more orbs you have out so it's always better to get one more off before, if possible.
