Pre-Level-6-Combo

First get some auto attacks to stack some of your Blighted Quiver
When you hit three stacks you can use either ability ( Piercing Arrow or Hail of Arrows to detonate them and follow up with the other ability you didn't already use
Keep hitting the enemy with auto attacks
When Piercing Arrow or Hail of Arrows has cooled down use it again

Combo with Ultimate

Hit you enemey with Chain of Corruption
As this also applies three stacks of Blighted Quiver follow up with Piercing Arrow
Start auto attacking to again get three stacks of Blighted Quiver
Use Hail of Arrows to detonate them
Again start auto attacking to get the Blighted Quiver stacks
When Piercing Arrow dows come off cooldown use it yet again to detonate
