I am curious of how the changes of Ezreal in 6.17 will effect him. Here are the changes.
Rising Spell Force (Passive)
Now scales up to 10/12/14% per stack at levels 1/7/13 from 10% at all levels.
Maximum attack speed increase now 50/60/70% at levels 1/7/13 from 50% at all levels.
So what do you think? I would love your feedback.
Trinity Force will probably be seen a little more, he's going to be slightly stronger than before especially for those that favor a TF + BOTRK build rather than Iceborn.
You really have to focus a lot more on explanations. For instance, AP Ezreal is something I would never play or recommend anyone playing in ranked but if you find that it works, then you should explain why/when/how etc.
The build section is pillared and sorted wrong, and some items are out of date, im too lazy to try and fix it.
I say essence reaver isnt that good right now, it would apply to more crit yet mana hungry champions like Ashe.
And for the Black Cleaver thing, i realized that both bork and last whisper upgrades (especially when paired together) are really good and cost efficient, where as black cleaver is still pretty good, i dont think it provides as much since the last whisper changes. It's still a good item if you want to be tankier, lets say your build would be bers greaves, manamune, black cleaver, iceborn, then two other items probably revolving situationally around bork, last whisper, and mercurial, you'll have a lot more survivability and stats that are perfect for Ezreal. The only problem is that it takes a really long time to build up your items and you dont do much damage, it's almost inevitable that you lose most of your early game until 30 minutes.
Took this in to consideration and I realized that Cleaver was indeed better. Thanks for your suggestion!
