Use Tornado's to stop dashes, lock down people, and peel for your carries.

Use zephyr to set up your tornado since the range is short with when you cast it fast.

For the shield you should try to predict when the enemy is gonna hit your buddy or you can reaction it. Use the shield on your self so you can trade with the enemy, trade one auto with an enemy adc and you wont get hurt and try to get free autos on them. Put self cast for your shield to make life brEASY.

The ult is tricky you're gonna have to figure it out from playing but use it to peel, try to hit people into walls if you want a short stun, and the heal is very strong when you're fighting so try to use it well.
