Introduction
Irelias Lore
The Ionians have developed some of the most breathtaking and deadly martial arts on all of Runeterra - just one manifestation of their pursuit of enlightenment. The most remarkable blade style to emerge, however, was the unusual byproduct of foreign intervention. Master Lito was a swordsman whose teachings were sought by ruling classes from nearly every city-state. His art was a highly-guarded secret, but it was said that swords would breathe in his grasp. He withered unexpectedly from a mysterious disease which baffled the brightest of Runeterran physicians. When he died, he left behind Zelos and Irelia, his son and daughter, and a truly unique weapon. Zelos became a sergeant in the Ionian military and left to seek assistance from Demacia immediately prior to Noxus' invasion of Ionia. Irelia, charged with the protection of their home until Zelos returned, was alone when the Noxian forces struck.
The Ionians fought admirably, but soon Ionian blood stained the land beneath the prints of foreign boots. At the Great Stand of the Placidium, Ionians prepared for surrender, but were inspired to maintain their resistance when the young Irelia lifted her father's enormous blade and pledged to hold until her brother returned. In the chaos of the ensuing fight, Irelia was cursed with dark Noxian Necromancy. As her life ebbed, Soraka, the Starchild, made a final attempt to anchor her fading soul. Unwilling to relinquish her home, Irelia rose at the brink of death, and her father's sword lifted in the air alongside her. Irelia rushed back to the fore, unfazed by the blade's sudden animation. The weapon danced around her effortlessly, cutting down Noxians as they gaped in horror. The decimated invaders were forced to retreat from the Placidium. Irelia was appointed Ionia's Captain of the Guard, and when the defense of her homeland moved to the Fields of Justice, so did she.
'The sword flourishes, as though painting with blood.'
- Taken from a Noxian Field Report
Why Irelia Jungle?
A lot of players says that irelia is a preety bad jungler. in my opinion? NO!
a well played jungle irelia can:
Clear jungle at an incredible speed
Has great sustain with W and Lifesteal Runes and Masteries
Insane Ganks with great CC (Gap Closer plus a Stun or Slow)
A good Counter Jungle (except agains Shyvana)
My Runes are
ASPD marks and Glyphs why?
for your W to hit as many times and for great sustain in jungle
why not MR glyps?
MR glyph are good, but in jungle you don't really need it
why not armp marks?
you don't really need armp on irelia since your W's active wont benefit on it as it is a true damage.
Flat ad Marks?
hitting more is much better than heating stronger. get my point?
Armor Seals?
the best on jungline period. :)
Lifesteal quints?
Lifesteal quints give's you more Sustain than ASPD quints. a 9% lifesteal at jungle is never been bad :) (6% from runes and 3% from masteries)

why take bladed armor over veterans scar?
bladed armor give's damage back to minion's which is actually good. + 30 health isn't really needed at jungle

Maxing Hitten Style first, why?
Give's you great sustain
The 75 true damage will hit like a bloodthirster
gives you the ability to counter jungle.
Maxing Equilibrium strike before bladesurge. Why?
Equilibrium strike gives you more damage than bladesurge. plus the increase in duration of stun or slow really great. this mean you can hit more with Hitten Style's active.
Bladesurge at level 1 and maxing it last.
Bladesurge at level 1 is preety good. It scales 1:1 with AD means 20+your damage is your damage. it also as good as lvl 5 when you know how to last hit.
Taking your ultimate whenever it is available.

Last hitting with Q is must. it saves mana and the cooldown timer of bladesurge also resets.
at start of everycamp activate hitten style right after attacking. gives you a lil bit damage burst and sustain.
Jungling Route
Start at wolfs, ask for a leash with your team mates. Ask them to guard blue Golem and Red Lizard.
After wolfs go to Blue golem a good leash will secure a good start with your jungling. Use smite on the blue golem.
After blue golems go directly to wraits then wolf again, golem then red lizard, then wraits then wolf.
