Hello, this is my first build ever, so try not to be to negative :).

As you can seem this is a Katarina guide, and I will be as accurate and in-depth as possible.

Feel free to comment and the comment section down below if there is anything I need to improve on.

So, let's start with this.

Pros: High burst
Has resets
Not hard to play, but annoying to master
Really strong pick right now, especially in my ELO


Cons: Easily countered
A good enemy jungler will camp you, and get you behind
As I mentioned, hard to master
With this latest patch, her passive is nerfed. You can no longer walk away from killing them with an ignite and expect resets, so no more feeling like a badass.

Kat is all about cleaning up rather than initiating. She cannot just jump onto a Leona and expect her to die. Kat needs peel. Otherwise, you will be useless to your team. Granted, if you are fed and snowballed to oblivion, then you can get away with that. But I am warning you otherwise.

So, before I get into ranked, let me tell you mine. I was Gold V in pre season, and i am in Silver IV currently climbing back up using mainly Kat.

In ranked, do not pick her into a CC heavy team. She will be utterly useless. A giant crutch, if you may.

If for some reason there is no CC on their team, then that is your chance to get her. DO NOT first pick her, or you will be countered hard by everyone on the enemy team. Also be warned that learning/maining Kat is hard right now. She is always banned in silver/gold ELO, and even in bronze. Not sure about past gold, but just a heads up.
