Core item is trinity force, that item is always to be built first.
For critical strike, max q first as it is more useful; for on hit, max w first.
For on hit you have many options after hurricane. You may continue to build damage as shown, or you may go more tanky options such as witt's end or even randuin's omen.

The strength of these two builds is that you are tankier and faster than most meta builds; in the late game, you will typically have over 420 movement speed. The trinity gives a lot of survivability and early game damage. Critical strike is absurd in the super late game, and you can easily 1v9 w/ it. However, on-hit is better in the mid game and arguably the late game if they have many assassins, as you have more defensive options.
