So Many ppl are asking whats the best combo for Oneshotting?
Well it follows on the level,
Lvl 6 - EARLY
SIGIL OF MALICE [Q] then MIMIC [R] And then DISTORTION [w] for the fastest burst , if you need some dmg to you can even use ETHEREAL CHAINS [e] to oneshot the enemy at least too.
LVL 11- THE MID GAME
This is kinda serius but works fine , DISTORTION [w] MIMIC [R] SIGIL OF MALICE [q] and ETHEREAL CHAINS [e] for one of the fastest burst ive seen for a while.

LVL 16 - LATE
Well here works Probertly all combos [ON SQUISHY GUYS NOT TANKS THX.]
ON tanks you will need your ETHEREAL CHAINS cause if you dont use it on them ... well fcked.xD

This was a pretty good game, ive done well ingame and it was ranked OH YEE :D.

So the standart TF burst is
Distortion [W] To and Enemy Sigil of malice [q] Mimic [R] Ethereal Chains[E].
to oneshot 1 Enemy

The Burst i often do cause it does Much dmg with 20 mejais stacks in late Stand behind a wall . DISTORTION [w]- Flash- MIMIC [R] in Teamfight [Your enemys will be suprised from where you came.] SIGIL OF MALICE [Q] And finish of with Ethereal Chains [e]

PROS [
*Oneshotting Pretty fast
*Has A pretty good Laning Phase
*Oneshots Prety fast :D
*Fastly Out of mana
* Much Mobility
*if u master her u can do CRAZY stuff ;D

*OFten Banned.
*One CC and shes Death [Zhonyas can help or QS]
* hard to master vs all champs
*Not the best Teamfighter

Farming works Pretty well with Leblanc , Her AA are flying fast and with the Masteries its works Perfect.
And shes got a good waveclear with her Distortion [W] and can [if u have mana regeneration] Lasthit with Sigil of malice[Q]
And also you got your Mimic DISTORTION [W] for the wave clear , if ur maxing q youll often use it :D

Teamwork does still matter even if u wanna do Solokills - SIngle burts. Lets say youve got a thresh support , IN EVERYGAME there can go something wrong , lets say your camping their red , see an enemy make your full combo but see then , AH FCK THERES THE WHOLE TEAM, There would be a thresh pretty good , or you risk your mejais Stacks. x)

There much Combos to use.
But not all are doing that DMG youll need vs APCS Like Fizz
For Fizz i often used e-q-r-w cause The e dmg will come trought his E. whatis pretty nice :D
vs karthus i instantly use W-R-Q-E-Ignite-2 AA.
BUT THE BEST COMBO IS STILL "STRG 4"
