The situational items should be purchased in stead of Deaths dance and if needed two (In case of heavy CC and lots of AP for example) Instead of Guardian Angle
how to play
Yones earlygame is a bit weak so you wanna play passive until you reach lvl 3. after that you wanna poke the enemy with your combo ( E, then knock up with charged Q, W and one AA before you go back with the second E )
Idealy you poke them until lvl 6 and then you can dive them with your E+ult than Q W ignite and they should die. when they are below 50% health

mid/lategame
You wanna Roam when you dont miss a lot of minions and have lane priority, primary Botlane because they arel a lot easier to kill. In teamfights you can engage with E+ stacked Q/ult and go back before you die with second E. When you have a lead you should abuse the second item powerspike (infinityedge) you have 100% Crit and alot of damage so gank, push and go for Objektivs
