In simple words: what you wrote about Lucian in your guide is what everybody knows, that will only be helpful for level 10 newbies ...

If you wanna talk about "Lucian Supports / Enemy Supports" talk about every support in the game (including Fiddlesticks), not only about 4... Don't publish the guide until it's completly finished, for example, you didn't finish the "Screeshot" section, you have 0 scores there.... So you have 2 options: delete that chapter OR add Lucian scores quickly,

You have some ortographic mistakes in your guide, and please... You wanna talk about Lucian skills? So please find some tricks and write some tips, saying what the ability does, but in your words (instead of copying it from League of Legends website) won't help anyone...

I won't downvote your guide yet, I'll wait for more updates on it and then I'll have a look when you improved your guide.

I love it when people take weird runes such as 1 AD glyph to get nice rounded numbers. You know that in-game the bonus doesn't actually get rounded up or down right?

- You overestimate the damage of The Culling. It doesn't even deal so much damage, even with tons of attack speed. It's hard to hit every single bolt in first place, and the damage is actually quite low for it's duration, it just doesn't make it worth to take a lot of attack speed only for his ultimate.
Lucian's damage output is the highest if you constantly proc your passive with each ability used. Replace Blade of the Ruined King and Zephyr with Infinity Edge and Last Whisper, as the crit power really bumps up your passive's power and Last Whisper to get rid of tanks more easily (ignoring 35% is a lot!).
- You should mention some other defensive items, such as Banshee's Veil and Randuin's Omen as your 6th item.
- Your coding is nice, but the red text in your ability really hurts my eyes. Try the text without bolding it.
- I see "image broken" icons at the start of each paragraph.
- Masteries: get one extra point in meditation, and move the other point from Wanderer into Summoner's Insight for the cooldown on your Flash. Wanderer is a kinda derpy summoner spell that's usually best off on junglers (and even then they have better choices).
- Lucian is quite mana hungry. Consider to take some mana regen glyphs.

I see that you've put some effort in this guide, but not everything is correct yet. I hope this helped!
