Hello, this is my first first Mobafire Lux guide, I hope this helps you out and can help get you out of elo hell, enjoy.

You are an AP mid that can carry games if you get ahead, you should take the runes as showed for your best performance.

Its best to take your e when you first get in the game, but if you are against a champion that will try to 1v1 you at level 1 then you should start q.

Ignite - To get early kills and get ahead.
Cleanse - To get out of a stun like Veigar or Morgana.
Heal - Not very useful for a mid laner.
Barrier - Very good against 1 trick champions, like Katarina and Orianna.
Exhaust - Very useful vs a Yasuo.
Ghost - Could be useful, but overall not good for a long ranged champion that can kill with R.
Teleport - Very useful to counter Twisted Fates R.
Flash - Very good at escaping ganks and to get kills, Take every game.

Lux is very good with the new Warwick, basically any jung with a slow or a good stun.

Pros: Very good at long ranged killing people from a long range.
Very easy to catch people off guard and kill them.
Lots of late game damage with AP.

Cons: Very squishy all game.
Lots of counters.

Lux has a great combo!
But sometimes it can be hard to do.
Your ability's can be in one of these orders.

Q - E - R : main combo.

E - Q - R : to slow if you're not that good on your skill shots.
