Why AD Mordekaiser?
Why not? It is really fun and once you get a few items you can shred anyone, just don't get behind in farm and you're all set, even if your early game goes bad
Which runes to go
I have personally had more success with taking Lethal Tempo, so I recommend always taking that

Gameplan
Early game
In early game you can be a tough opponent to beat, unless it's a Jax or Sett, so in trades if you play well you should always win. Try to get minions if you ahve an opponent with too much range. Try to pull minions to you with E.
Mid game
This can be a hit or a miss depending on your matchup, or how fed you or your enemy is, but if you're behind just try to farm and if you're in the lead crush them, and remember to use your ultimate to steal their stats
End game
With full items you are an unstoppable menace, unless they are super fed, kinda simple

Playing AD Mordekaiser is way more fun (for me atleast) than playing Mordekaiser normally and I would recommend that you atleast try this
