your runes are (sorcery) and (resolve)
for (sorcery)
(summon aery) is your choice so you poke your enemy so good and make them stay under turret and don't farm
(nimbus cloack) isn't bad it will give you the ability to do your ult and run if you can't use abilities and need to run so you don't die but (nufllying) orb is better against ap champs
(transcendence) will be better than the other runes in this slot
(scorch) will better so your poke be strong and it's cooldown are the same as your E
for (resolve)
(bone plating)you should choose this so you take less dmg because you can't take a lot of dmg in early so you need it
(second wind)you need to take it to heal yourself when you poke because your enemy might try to hit you then so you need this to stay healthy in lane as long as you can

(mord pros)
1-poke so well and make a lot of dmg
2-can be tank if he needs to do that
3-has good sustain
4-he have free ignite(his R) and free shield
5-he can get another laner and put a lot of pruser on the map with your ult
(mord cons)
1-ap mord can be killed so easily
2-loses a lot of hp to use his abilities(if he poke his enemy)
3-no mobility so he can't escape from enemy jg gank
