Morgana!!
While the two were in fact birth-sisters, Kayle struck the first blow by disowning any filial connection when Morgana refused to join her cause. Eventually, Morgana grew in power enough to not only reach, but challenge Kayle. As the time approached when the two would meet in what could be their final conflict, Morgana was suddenly summoned to Valoran. At first, Morgana made a deal with the League's summoners to fight in exchange for greater power. With the advent of Kayle into the League, Morgana now willingly fights in the League of Legends for the privilege of being able to destroy her sister again, and again, and again. She lies in wait for the day the bonds of the Institute of War no longer hold her, and on that day she plans to destroy Kayle once and for all and return home a hero.
''There is no rest while Kayle's brand of tyranny still exists.''
-Morgana
Morgana is my mage/support of choice she is an all around awesome character who has true few weaknesses. She has the utility to keep her distance from melee enemies, farm rapidly, cancel out enemy abilities, and control the tide of team fights. Not to come off sounding rude but if you cannot run LOL at a good rate due to your computer or internet, this character is NOT for you. This character cannot kill unless you can land your snare and stun, and you cannot save lives if you cannot shield and snare.
These will make or break the character you are playing( in the early game) so choose wisely :). When I play Morgana I go for damage and sustainability in the early game, while doing this I attempt to keep my damage concealed so my opponents may underestimate me.
These are the bread and butter of the Morgana build and play an enormous part in keeping your damage and illusive when combined with a high rank of tormented soul. More damage = more healing :)
This is the only secondary Mark I would consider for Morgana, it will boost the magic absorbance of your black shield and increase the damage of your spells- ideal for if you want to play a legit support
My play style requires a constant flow of mana-regen and regardless of purchasing Doran's Ringx2 and having these runes there will still be moments where you should cease casting spells and simply regenerate. To make it simple this will let you stay in lane longer and let you focus more on damage.
Greater Seal of Replenishment
Similar to the Seal of Clarity these will bolster your maan-regen a great deal but will NOT scale with your level which is the primary reason I don't run with these
If your out to blow people up in the early game either of these will boost your damage ,however like I said I try to keep my potential damage hidden in the early game. These will serve you well if you want to nuke or play support; a con will be your mana-regen will suffer :(
Greater Seal of Defense
Armor... I end up including armor in my itemization so I see these as very unnecessary, but pending on your play style you may want these so you can land your Dark Binding on multiple enemies with a lessened fear of dying
These are just to increase your AP and keep damage up, they work well with the Seals of Clarity since your damage scales as you level and you will level faster since you don't have to leave the lane.
More Magic pen >:) nom nom! You know what this does already, the reason I dont acquire more of this is because even though you want to be subtle as I have said you don't want to belittle your black-shield since it will aid you in dominating other mages
As stated before this magic pen will make you hit much harder but keep your true potential subtle. Magic pen is legit for Morg and in combination with Tormented Soul you can take your opponents magic pen into the negatives while in the pool. (Note: Spell Pen also works in combination with Morg's 15% spell vamp passive
My only secondary choices as far as Quintessences. Once again if your mission is to Nuke people off the map or have fatty anti-magic shields these are a good choice for you!

Spell of choice for me :)All around this spell is excellent for Morgana since her passive ability is spell vamp(healing), so while your opponents healing is mitigated and they are taking true damage your healing continues. This spell also serves as an excellent finisher when are fighting 1v1
2nd Spell of choice :) This spell has gone under much debate for this character and personally I thoroughly enjoy it. In combination with boots of swiftness you can swiftless pursue and bind a fleeing opponent, gtfo when its time to gtfo, and stay near multiple enemies that you have leashed with your dark binding. When you use this ability you will be able to kite an opponent with your ultimate and execute your stun so that help can arrive, or so your CDs can come back up
If you want to play support, or nuker this is a good choice for you
Simple spell, get to the place you need to be at the time you need to!
Great spell for every character in the game for escape, also good for keeping on people with your ult or appearing in the middle of the enemy team to pop your ult (caution when doing this o.0)
If you grab this I will SMH, you have black shield one of the best spells in the game; master & love it
