Nasus 12.22 Patch
Nasus is strong but also weak, IF YOU DON'T FARM, YOU WON'T DO DAMAGE! But with the 12.22 patch i found a really easy solution. HEARTSTEEL.
The Heartsteel is (in my opinion) the strongest Mythic item in league of legends. It gives 800 HP and allows to stack up even more health by hitting nearby enemies.

How the Heartsteel is a solution?
The Heartsteel allows to do damage based on you max health, and every time you hit you will get more max health based on the damage you did. However it has a cooldown (30s for enemy and 3s to gain health on hit) + you can gain health only once.
TIP: If you hit the enemy to gain max HP with the Q active, you'll way more damage n one hit.
Conclusion: This mythic helps doing damage even with few stacks.
