These are just some of the amazing things you can expect to have screamed at you in a high pitch voice when you lock in this glorious example of a 'non-meta' support pick.
Support Nidalee revolves around a simple, yet perfectly balanced, approach; throw spears, make tears.
Your early game Toss will literally pierce the heart of the enemy bot-lane making them rage at you in all chat to pick a 'real support' whilst the adc that relentlessly flamed you during champ select sheepishly types 'gg' at your 4th spear kill in the three minute mark.
I have 'mained' Nidalee support since I opened her from a champion capsule. My preferred role was always support and her kit plus the brutality of her early game spears made me really interested in running her. Although many are quick too point out that she's 'not a support' I found that she works admirably at my current rank (G3).
Primal Surge / Swipe before Bushwhack / Pounce. I do this because the early game Pounce is very strong at level 2/3. I find that the healing from Primal Surge ,whilst effective, isn't as important as a two button combo that can kill most adc's with ease and best of all, costs no mana! Your Bushwhack will also trigger your Arcane Comet for some nice extra stealth damage onto jangler's poking into your lane from the river or the enemy bot inside the bushes!
Your early game combo, level 2, will simply be;
You will want to use
Ignite on the enemy that you hit with your Javelin Toss in order to prevent healing from Heal or Health Potion.When the enemy bot are low and a fight has resulted in no kill and the enemy bot are recalling under their tower a well timed, and placed,
Javelin Toss can result in a very quick and easy kill. Many recalling champions wont think to look past their turret for a spear flying straight for the red dot on their tie.
