on hit sett > mathematically correct sett
This build prioritizes attack speed, which is monstrous on Sett. Mathematically correct Sett or the classic build is good but you mostly have to rely on your haymaker to do damage, which can be easily dodged and leaving you vulnerable. With on-hit Sett you don't have to prioritize landing your haymaker on time. In some cases you won't even need haymaker. However, this build can really shine in both teamfights and duels.

Sett's auto attack Q reset is crucial.
