Final Statements
This is the new standard for Cassiopeia builds this patch and is extremely over powered IMO and when mastered has the ability to carry even the worse of teams. She is a high skill cap champion so before hitting soloq i recommend and least putting 35/50 games into her be it norms or flex just to grasp how the champion works and feels.
