Samira
Samira is a pretty difficult matchup due to her wind wall. This mean that she can easily kill you without you being able to return damage. She do however suffer from a short range and the fact that she has to go in to get her damage off. So you mainly wanna try to poke her down during laning phase so that when she eventually goes in she just auto loses due to hp advantage.

I think Alistar is the best choice cause of his passive. If you win the trades., you ll win the lane. When you got the Mythic, you ll be powerful.

Champion Build Guide
Ez
Arcane Shifthas a long cooldown at Level 1, longer than most dashes or engages. Engage to burn Ez
Arcane Shift. Even if it does not result in a kill, Ez will need to play safely while it is down.
Ez can farm safely with
Mystic Shot, making it hard to deny CS in any lane state. If ahead with sustain or on a tanky support, deny CS by blocking Ez
Mystic Shot, especially pre-Sheen.
Ez is highly mana dependent. Look to bait his mana usage by standing near minions, walking behind them when he tries to poke.
If a large wave is crashing into your turret, back off the wave early so Ez cannot poke you as you retreat.
Arcane Shift is an escape.★ Ezreal's
Mystic Shot if hitted on enemy champion, minion or jungle monsters reduce cooldown of your Arcane Shift and Trueshot Barrage.★ Detonating
Essence Flux with an ability fully refunds the cost of that ability and restores 60 mana.★
