Singed is an op poison slow rilai's that rush everywhere and teleport to destroy his ennemies to help his friends.
The Lane don't decide for you. You decide your lane.
He has boots at the beginning of the game without even buying some at the start. (Really OP)

His Runes are Scaling Ability Power because he need to counter the ennemy magic resist, it's really effective.

Stay infront of minions and attack them with your attack speed while using your Q poison. Don't use it on minions, you need it to save yourself from a gank because they come from behind.
