Why scaling on a snowball champion?
The problem when I usually face when playing Ahri is it's kinda hard to snowball if you're not playing right and she's kinda useless if you can't make good picks on the enemies. With this build, even if I missed my charm in a team fight, I could still be useful with my AOE from Q and Comet.
How to play with this build
It's actually not that much of a different between this build and others Ahri's build. You also need to look for picks on the enemies as usual but after that you are gonna position yourself to chuck in your abilities, DON"T USE ALL 3 R's TO DEAL DAMAGE because your R is for positioning
With this build you don't need to be snowballing, farm safely and engage when your jungle is ganking, try to poke the enemie's mid laner then use your Ult to finish off.
