Introduction
Hi there i'm Typhoon and this is my first guide on mobafire. I like ryze a lot and he was my first champion so I bought him, and the good thing that he was only cost 450 IP ^^Have fun with the Ryze - The Rogue Mage.
IF you want play ryze you have to know ''MANA RYZE'' so remember
Ryze scales with hes Mana.

Tear of the GoddessUnique passive dosen't stacks. if you have like 56 on first tear you get 56 on the other too so if you have 750 on first then the second in 750 but if you upgrade to archangel you lose all from manamune tear and get 0 mana so buying 2 tear is useless wait until first is done.

- Tear of the goddess is the best item for ryze in game.
- Got usefull Upgrade.
- Sorcerer's Shoes for the magic penetration.

MIDDLE GAME
- Rod of Ages Gives 80 Ability Power
- 630 Health
- 650 mana
- Exellent upgrade this gives Ryze a extremely awesome stats the faster you get it the faster it builds.
- Frozen Heart
- 20% Cooldown Reduction
- 20% Attack speed reduction of enemies
- 90 Armor
- 400 mana
- allows you cap 40% Cooldown Reduction.

patch 3.5 got nerfed I think people still rush muramana thats what I do I won't go banshee veil because I still like the stats and physical is still usefull for hitting champions because he is hybrid.

- And wan't build AP.
- Unique/epic ACTIVE.
- And usefull vs heavy AD/AP Champions.
- If the enemy team is stacking MR (Magic Resistance)
- If wan't build some AP (Ability Power).
- If your team got APC
- If wan't build Ability Power and spell vamp
- 80 Ability Power for you
- 30 Ability for team
- 20% spell vamp for you and team.

Movement speed.
As you see ryze will not successful run even with 400+ movement speed because they are always slowers or CC (Crowd Control). That's why a enchantment is always good. Take this whenever you wan't or got extra gold.. - If you are a AP fan.

WHAT IS BEST TO CAST FIRST?
Rune Prison(W) or Spell Flux (E)
It does really depends what you need more, catch enemies then go all way long
Rune Prison if not Spell Flux. I run Spell Flux (E) BURST COMBO as you see you start Spell Flux first because help you kill enemies faster thanks to the MR(Magic resistance) by 24%.SKILL SEQUENCE

- Desperate Power all day all night level 6,11,16.
- Overload Maxing for the cooldown reduction and best ability,and lowest cooldown ability for ryze.
- Rune Prison for damage and the trap.
- Spell Flux for the lowest damage and MR (Magic resistance).
General Advice
Tear of the Goddess because its really important item and got best upgrade for Ryze.2.Try always keep 1-2 Health potions in inventory to survive from ignite posions normal attacks and auto attacks at early game.
3.Learn how to last hitting and remember to only last hitting minions.
4.Dont use abilities to much at starting game because you got really low mana and need save for harrases/enemy champions.
5.Try buy sight ward everytime you can to watch out from ganks and put near brushes.
6.Don't forget the blue buff when your jungler is jungling it because you need until
Frozen Heart.7.Try to FARM long time to get items and gank.
8.Use abilities only every 4 sec as much as possible for building
Tear of the Goddess9.try to have SMARTCASTING almost to any champion smartcasting is amazing, [HELPS ALOT!]
10.When playing ryze it's important to chill out! It's make's the game fun(I often listen on music i love ^^)That's just me:)
11.Remember to toggle
Muramana to get stronger

Remember ryze can be played as a top but it's not recommened many say it fine because he can kill AD carrier + jungler easy that may be true. so just go middle lane then whenever you can.
