If you are mad about being bad at Ryze, please just play any other character. Atleast that other character can hit combos. So...i'm making a Ryze guide on Moby-D*ckfire. Uh I did know my Ryze back when his e was his ult. Hopefully that counts for something! But that was when his Q wasn't a stupid @ss skillshot. WAIT! What the f*** are these new runes Moby!? I wan't answers!!

So this was a pretty big change, they made his ult some stupid static sh*t, and made his E bounce less. Riot why you mess with Ryze so much!?

I really shouldn't be having to do this but the changes they made was they made him useless. That's about it. Made his q a skill-shot. And somehow made his passive less worth having.
