Neeko has great matchups, and ot all of these are even too hard, the main issue is they can run you down, 1 shot you, or have potent CC to shut you down during teamfights.

Champion Build Guide
Neeko has overall, good laning and amazing potential in skirmishes and mid-game teamfights. Abuse your strengths since your main weakness is getting picked off which is easily avoided. Combining Rocketbelt, Flash, and Pop Blossom (R) creates a devastating death combo which can often be a teamfight win which leads to you getting closer to winning the game.
Since you don't have GLP or Everfrost, hitting your abilties is harder but remember you can use your Rocketbelt in many ways as it gives movement speed towards enemies after dashing.
