Info on the CREATOR
Hello my name is, Vampydog3 this is my first build i have submitted. I saved up for Lucian for about 2 months. I got 10k ip and got some runes out of it :). I live with my family, trying to raise money for my mom to go into retirement she is fairly old and works too hard. Now Lucian didnt seem the strongest and he seemed to lose tons of Mana so i thought Blue Lucian.

Info on the BUILDS
[*] Blue Lucian- made to avoid mana loss, late game domination, and easy kiting. The Kiting is based of your Passive- Your Double shot will give off the Frozen Gauntlet. Also blue build gives you small amounts of CDR. For quick attacks and Ultimate.
[*] RAGE LORD LUCIAN- This one is based for you to have PURE DAMAGE and about 100+ life steal to defeat foes. Mostly your ult will be used to demolish your enemies.
STANDARD LUCIAN
Standard Lucian- This build is a generic build for Lucian. If you dont want to go Blue or Troll, i suggest this. It consist of base damage needed by an ADC and armor penetration.
SAD BLUES LUCIAN
Lucian now sad as he has lost his wife to Thresh, now trapped in Threshes lantern. Lucian seeks the skill from Ezreal to learn how to kite his enemies to they're death.
Your passive double shot is how you escape. You can use your E and then shoot a Foe to proc your Frozen Gauntlet.
Rage
Lucians friend Miss Fortune taught Sad Blue's Lucian how to use RAGE and FURY. She showed him the might and power of Blood Thirsters.
Try to fight your enemies and make them fear your damage. If they dont fear you then you have more chance of death. Your ult can be used like Miss Fortunes but with high mobility. SPRAY AND PRAY
