Greater Quintessence of Movement Speed

This is how I like my runepage for

For my Summoner Spells I usually take:
Ghost is better than
Flash at tryndamere. With your
Summoner's Wrath
you gain more movement speed wich is very useful if you chase someone.
Ignite? Why NOT
Ignite? This is your spell to finish everybody off, 'nuff said.
Here are some other spells you could use with
Tryndamere:
SPACE Flash - Double gap closer / escape.
SPACE Exhaust - Your opponents wont flee so easy.
SPACE Teleport - Who doesnt like to be somewhere fast and kill people with your awesome sword?
SPACE Barrier - If your ultimate runs out and your
Bloodlust is on cooldown this will help.
SPACE Cleanse - Just like Barrier, this spell will help you when your ultimate runs out, it will take the ignite off you.

Ghost
I personally think that

BATTLE FURY (PASSIVE)

Each point of Fury grants +.35% Critical Chance.

BLOODLUST (Q)
This is
This ability gives you a flat amount of attack damage per rank increased by each rank and gives you an amount of attack damage per % of health you are missing. The active of this ability is that

This skill is very usefull after teamfights at late game. When you are very low HP, have lots of Attack Speed and Life Steal you can jungle your health back. At the monstercamps you get HP back and some fury, after or when you have full fury, use your

MOCKING SHOUT (W)
This is a very important ability for
I usually use this skill when my opponent wants to flee. It is very helpful when your team is winning the teamfight. What happens: Your opponents turn their back, you run in and use your slow. After that you and your team kill the opponents left.

SPINNING SLASH (E)
This ability is the second most important ability
This ability is very usefull in teamfights or when you're farming. Try to wait for your tank to start the fight and engage with

UNDYING RAGE (R)
This is the ultimate your opponents hate, and wich makes you so powerfull in teamfights or solo fights. This ability instantly gives you fury which you can use to heal up after your ultimate runs out.If your tank died, or doesnt start the fight and you want to engage a fight, this will be your lifesaver. Use

make sure you get out of the fight in time.

Your ulti makes you one of the best and easiest champion in the game, if used correctly...

Infinity Edge
This is your main damage dealer. This is your must have item, your core item! With the IE you get tons of damage because you get +50% crit damage.
Phantomdancer
This is also a core item, PD gives you attack speed, movement speed and crit chance. A very good item for

Blade of the Ruined King
After the patch in S3, BRK has gotten some changes. Hes like PD but has no crit change, instead he has life steal, movement speed, attack speed and attack damage. And his active heals you and damages your opponent.
Bloodthirster
BT is a good item for every AD champion. It gives lots of AD and LS. People underestimate the passive of this item.
Black cleaver
If you are against a very beefy team, you should buy BC. It eats away all their armor and they drop the floor in seconds.
Zephyr
Zephyr is pretty good because you of his passive and his attack speed. It also has CDR wich comes in handy for your ultimate. With this item you have less duration of CC by 35%.
Frozen Mallet
If you need a bit HP, AD and a useful slow you should definitely buy FM.
Warmog's Armor
Got an enemy team who deals lots of damage? dont worry buy warmog's armor and you have longer to live.
Berserker's Greaves
You should definitely buy these boots on

Enchantment: Furor
You should get the enchantment early game so your opponents wont flee as easy. This is a great combination with frozen mallet.
With Tryndamere, you only have one ability that deals damage and help you farm and that is
Spinning Slash.
Tryndamere needs to farm to get better items, just like everyone else. We know that Tryndamere's passive gives him fury when you auto-attack something but it gives you even more fury when you kill a creep or a champion. So only try to lasthit, your fury will still go up. When your fury drops quick attack one random creep or try to poke your opponent.

In this picture I show you how to effectively farm creeps. We're 'Lane Freezing'. You can farm creeps but your opponent can't, or else he's in the range of your turret. If he tries to, just punish him.

After you poke and you have your
Spinning Slash back up, you just spin back trough the minions if they're close to your tower.

A
Tryndamere in the top lane is EXTREMELY STRONG!! If
Tryndamere gets his ult faster than his opponent he will be in a huge advantage. Because now he has his ultimate he can towerdive earlier, take a kill and spin away to safety. I would suggest getting your jungler to gank your lane as soon when you're lvl 6, easy kill is easy because you can towerdive realy easy.
Early game:SPACIFarm creeps, ask for ganks, poke opponent if not too tanky.
Mid game:SPACETDestroy towers, help other lanes, get lots of kills, participate in teamfights.
Late game:SPACEGet your full item build, help and listen to your team, WIN THE GAME.

Here are some counters and top laners where
Tryndamere could play against. Be careful, the first four champions are counters. (Updating when possible.)
COUNTER
Teemo: yep, Teemo is little and very dangerous for
Tryndamere. The main counter ability of Teemo is his
Blinding Dart. Because of this you are blinded and will miss all the auto-attacks you deal.
COUNTER
Malphite: Malphite is one hell of a tank. You can't realy poke him because his
Granite Shield will take all the damage. You realy need to be careful playing against him. When the enemy jungler is ganking he can just use his
Unstoppable Force and
Seismic Shard and you are pretty much dead when your
Undying Rage is on cooldown.
COUNTER
Rammus: Rammus is pretty annoying because he gives you damage back with his
Defensive Ball Curl. Lots of life steal might help you out.
COUNTER
Jax: Jax has a dodge/stun ability wich can be pretty annoying for
Tryndamere. Just like Teemo you cant hit Jax when he uses his
Counter Strike. In that time Jax will deal alot of damage to you and you must use your
Undying Rage to stay alive and maybe kill him when his
Counter Strike is on cooldown.
DIFFICULTY - MEDIUM to HIGH
Cho'Gath: Cho'Gath has his
Rupture to knock you up and do damage. He also has his
Vorpal Spikes, these will hurt you if he is lasthitting and you're in the range of it. Cho'Gath is very tanky, ask for your jungler's help.
DIFFICULTY - MEDIUM
Gragas: Gragas has a nice combo of
Body Slam and
Barrel Roll. If you get hit by this combo you have less attack speed and movement speed.
DIFFICULTY - EASY to MEDIUM
Wukong: Wukong is a bit tanky and has some nice pokes, ask help from your jungler and try to get your
Undying Rage early game. Wukong has a very annoying ability:
Warrior Trickster. When he uses decoy try to use
Mocking Shout. This will slow the real wukong.
DIFFICULTY - EASY to MEDIUM
Nidalee: Nidalee has javalin toss, a long range poke ability who deals a lot of magic damage. The skillshot is a bit slow so you can easily dodge it. When Nidalee tries to flee you almost cant keep up with her,
Frozen Mallet and
Mocking Shout might help you out here.
DIFFICULTY - MEDIUM to HARD
Akali: Akali is a powerful assassin and you need to poke her a lot before she reaches lvl 6. Ask help from your jungler to get some kills on her.
DIFFICULTY - HARD
Kayle: Kayle has annoying long range attacks with her
Righteous Fury. She also has a
Reckoning wich will slow you. Further she has devine blessing, this will heal her and give her movement speed. This is an annoying champ to play against in every lane.
DIFFICULTY - MEDIUM to HARD
Yorick has some good slows and life steal abilities, try to kill him while he's low on mana.

The flash/spinning shortcuts
At the pictures below you can spin/flash over the walls to safetyor if you need to be somewhere quick. Thanks to Kesoria, my brother, to bring me on this idea.
Your

A big shortcut to the wolves.

Escape your followers at baron!

Little jump, I would not recommend using this one if you get chased.

Nice escape route at every blue buff.

A small spin across the wall to get to your or your enemies turret.

I do never use the wolfcamp for an escape, but now you know it is there.

The wraithcamp, this spot is the one that im using the most.
