Very mobile and scary if fed, i find this to be one of if not the hardest lane opponent for Kog'Maw.

+ Very high damage output after just a few items. + Has the ability melts tanks because Q does %Max Health + When your W is active you do mixed damage(Hard to itemize against Kog'Maw) |

- Weaker early game compared to other ADC champions - Easily bullied out by champions like Caitlyn, Lucian and Miss Fortune- Gets absolutely demolished my Assassins like Talon and Zed |
Even though your W Bio-Arcane Barrage is a amazing ability it cant really save you from people like Talon and Zed in the early game especially before you get Guinsoo's Rageblade

Greater Mark of Attack Damage, Greater Seal of Armor, Greater Glyph of Attack Speed or Greater Glyph of Scaling Attack Damage and Greater Quintessence of Attack Speed, the reason i did not go that route was because i had just finished my Sejuani Guide and had already bought Greater Mark of Attack Speed and Greater Seal of Armor so i decided to save my IP up and buy Greater Glyph of Attack Speed and Greater Glyph of Scaling Attack Damage(plus playing other ADC champions on the past i had Greater Quintessence of Attack Damage) and i found this to work much better than anything else i had tried in the past for Kog'Maw.

I know that Kog's Q
Caustic Spittle is bad until later in the game, i only take it at lvl 4 because it helps take down tanks like Alistar and Thresh but even still it is situational.

Guinsoo's Rageblade-> Runaan's Hurricane-> Blade of the Ruined King-> Berserker's Greaves as my core then i go for Statikk Shiv and Hextech Gunblade or BloodthirsterThe reason you want to rush Guinsoo's Rageblade is because of the passive on it which (just in case you don't know) causes you to do magic damage after your 8th consecutive auto within the last X seconds, because of this passive you are actually able t trade with people much better and makes you lane a lot easier as well (considering you are still in laning phase when you buy it.)
Summoner Spells
Flash- A mandatory spell on almost any champion Teleport- I like Teleport over Heal because of the presence it gives Heal- I Personally don't take Heal simply because i find that Kog'Maw needs the presence Teleport gives instead of extra life in lane, especially when i have a support like Sona, Soraka or Alistar
