Is there an explanation for why Ultimate Hunter would not be needed with Syndra?

It would require you to go into domination tree and give up the other two rune slots

Hello! Very good guide, my friend! I would love to see this guide finished! (assuming it work-in-progress, of course)

What do you think about Rod of Ages against tankier comps? Luden's Tempest is only really good against squishy targets, so if you can't deal with them/they don't exist would Rod of Ages be a good option?

I only build Ludens because I think magic pen is the best stat on Syndra so I would typically just go ludens sorcs shadow void. This will allow you to one shot just about everyone except mr stacking tanks.
